@@monkeydrussty8921 Honeslty majority of 14 ep which came out was talking, 3 or 4 episode we seen titans. i dont understand what was it that made them turn away the 4th season.
Btw will there be a part 2? I dont read the manga and i dont know how they will wrap the story with 2 episode.
@@jaegerists6249 there must definitly be a part 2 but this time im sure they will have more time becouse part 1 was a marketing plan from Kōdansha to finish it at the same time as the manga ends to promote it
im not manga reader but since its a promo move for the manga i can only assume that we will get a big cliffhanger at the end of part 1
@@jaegerists6249 they dropped the season because of the deadline and they will be paid less than before so they dropped it and passed it to mappa which is better thing to do to keep the anime going if wit did it I agree that it will look like a poo poo 😂
@@monkeydrussty8921 nah dude wit studio is on different level unlike mappa wit can just make the 10 person animate the action scene for 1 month and they can make it god tier even in just 6 months compare to mappa they dont even know how to draw a titan

I am watching JJK. But W.I.T is still better IMO. Im not even going to mention any Levi scenes. Just look at Eren or any survey Corp soldier swinging around in they ODM gear. I'm not going to say I'm not grateful for MAPPA. I know they had a pretty bad schedule. But if we're co paring then I'll state my opinion.
Also, is there any other MAPPA animes that is greater or equal to JJK in terms of animations? I'll gladly check it out.
@@big4headedGangster U might be right but we gotta agree chara designs are way better in mappa. Anyways id like to recommend fate, it's done by ufotable and has animation equal if not better than demon slayer

You mean art style. Character designs are from Isayama or the manga.
I do dislike the weird thick outlines that W.I.T does & the persistent lighting in every frame.
But MAPPA's art style is just ok. Idk, I can't really say anything about it. It does it's just.. All I can focus about is the animation
They absolutely went above and beyond for this series. Like, look at the angles! The detail! Do you know how HARD it is to draw like this?!
I really miss Wit Studio. They really complemented the series theme of "giving it your all" with their incredible animation and precision.
I think this type of key animation videos could be really powerful when used like this (maybe less hectic). However I think the challenge is understanding the key frames vs the fps (giving a lot/enough weight to specific motions so people fill in the rest). Enjoyed watching these type of videos like always, thanks!
Truly brilliant opening sequence! Arifumi Imai is an absolute, unquestionably god tier level animator

@@Gantaipao Season 4 hasn't had any sakuga even come close to this quality, and I don't think it ever will. They don't have enough time to animate it to this level of skill. Its a shame, but at the very least the story is still interesting.

Bueno aunque no lo parezca esto es un escena de acción y de mucho movimiento el retumbar solo son colosales caminando aunque no digo que sea complicado pero este tipo de escenas son más complejas y difíciles que eso

@@dylanjosue8546 Pero incluso eso será más difícil, porque no olvides que cambiaron de estudio y ahora hacen a los titanes 3D (que sinceramente no quedan igual que antes), y no se ven tan detallados como antes y pues costará hacer tantos.

@@Minamou.- Nobody here said that mappa is rubbish ... now don't exaggerate saying that it is a very good studio and make an excuse for the studio's "effort" to get the production out anyway. He's doing a decent adaptation, nothing more, very good is ufotable madhouse kyoani.

Una duda, quizas suene muy tonta mi pregunta: Para este tipo de animación dibujan digitalmente cuadro por cuadro o usan otro metodo?/One doubt, maybe my question sounds very silly: For this type of animation do you draw digitally frame by frame or do you use another method?
No es digital , es en papel y a mano .De eso se encarga el animador clave en este caso arifumi imai , depues otros departamentos del mismo estijdo se encargan de digitalizar y otro de agregar color y así hasta que la animación queda completa.

Usually yes, but Imai is famous for correcting his own frames, and a lot of the action frames than other animators do, like for example in ErenVsReiner in S2, where he corrected a lot of them.

@@cyborg3696 Vinland Saga (Thorfinn vs Thorkell, ep 9) - also done by WIT Studio, one episode of Fate/Apocrypha, Sengoku Basara, Guilty Crown, few episodes of One Punch Man S1 (mainly Saitama vs Genos and Sonic Ninja vs Deep Sea King), Pokemon Generations, the Tales series and he even got to work on some parts of Naruto Shippuuden.

These scenes are from freelancers, in the animation's world the count of your employees is completely irrilevant.

Is only the characters and the effects drawn and not the background? 'Cause I only see that the characters designed and not the environment.
The background is very likely 3D! They use that in a lot of parts in AOT, it allows for more free camera movement without having to redraw the entire background each frame
I might be wrong but background & stuff is done by different staff.

i swear down on my dead grandma IF MAPPA HAD 2 FK YEARS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANIMATED LIKE JJK BUT THEY HAD ONLY 8 MONTHS so thats why it looks a little bit negative but wit would've made aot s4 in 8 months a sds 2.0. Be grateful, i beg you man.
@@acpradhan because wit released a statement which they said that some episodes took 2 months to animate. Wit also hired free lancers for scenes like levi vs kenny, levi vs the beast titan etc. The first season took them 2.5 years (while airing ofc) and you can search up the animators of each episodes (especially the god tier animation scene's, freelancers were left and right) and if wit really animated it in 6 months why would they drop 8 months? That does not sound right doesnt it. S2 took them 1 year and s3 2.5 years (while airing). I am not defending mappa in any means but saying the animation is doodoo is a bit too far aint it. Every normal anime has at least 1+ year of production.
@@acpradhan no they did not take them because the free lancers did not work with such a tight schedule. A high tier scene is atleast 3 months in the making and the anime was needed to rush in 8 months so no freelancer wanted to work with them. If you look at jjk (2 year of production) than you see the skill mappa has. Do not forget that they are animating a samurai anime (3 years of production), jjk, goh and chainsaw man. Trust me with these words man, the next part/movie wilt shut you down.

@@acpradhan mate, most scenes like this are from freelancers and they are extremely talented unlike Mappa and plus Mappa has only 8 months of work in a middle of pandemic.
