@@TheJimmysGarage I was going to do a nose swap 2015, not anymore. I love the look of the smaller grill and those lights together. you definitely know it’s a Ford front end but it has that little hint of a second GEN look to it.

They lights are plug and play, they utilize the factory blinker signal to initiate the orange. The white comes on when running lights come on. There is an additional tap for a brighter white running light that is optional but I did connect this to 12v ignition so even in the day time I have the white light on. I would think if you swapped the blinker wire with the running light wire and run orange all the time.
I have a 2000 7.3, i live the look of mine. But mine are no where near the brightness? The side marker/drl lights are fine, so not sure if its a wire problem and should just rewire my 20 yesr old wires or I'm missing something; or just faulty lights; in which case id be screwed since I've cut into the header and cant put my old ones back on and wait for a replacment.
Hey, why did you cut anything? If you use the plug and play adapters in the description they should work fine. The lower projector should come on when you turn your headlights on.

Where did you tap in the harness for drl animation with unlock? I have a 2003 7.3. I per alpharex tapped into 12 obs2 cigar lighter and they are always on?
There is nothing to tap for that, when you turn your headlights on they the do the startup sequence. The pro series does not do this, it must be Luxx series or Nova Series
I have a 2004 F550 and have been looking for a grill and headlight combination. I saw your video last monday and started cutting my headlight support by Friday. It was an easy install, but I have two questions. When you hooked up the gray daytime running light wire, what fuse location did you use? My daytime running light fuse location is in the fuse block under the steering wheel. My issue is, that fuse is always hot, so as soon as I made the connection and installed the fuse the white rope light or C's "[ ]" come on and stay on even when I have my keys in my pocket and the vehicle is not running. My high beams also do not work at all, and the low beams have a constant flicker. 1000 times a min. I checked my batteries and charging system, that was all good. I pulled everything back apart, reinstalled all my factory lights, and everything worked perfectly. Put everything back to the new lights, no change... Flickering and no high beams - so frustrated!!! Yours looks killer... any help would be greatly appreciated!
For the running light wire tap you need to find a fuse that is 12v switched power only with ignition on. I believe I tapped mine into the radio fuse which I think is fuse 8 but mine is an 02. It sounds like a possible issue with your conversion harness that converts 04 to 05 wiring, you may have to swap a pin or something, the high beams use the same bulb but they open a cut off shield that gives more light on the road, so there isn't a second bulb for High beam rather when you flick your high beam a solenoid is activated to give more light on the road. The solenoid is mechanical so you should hear in in the headlight. As for flickering it could be a bad unit.
