I make homemade chips a lot, but i don't bother part cooking. I put them i ln the oven and they turn out fine though I've recently start putting them straight into my air fryer theyre so tasty

Another UA-camr says that dairy doesn't do well with the long cooking & to put it in towards the end...last 30mins or so. You've proved that to not be correct. I'm making the creamy chicken with creme fraiche tomorrow 😀

I love my slow cooker too! will definitely try the cauliflower cheese past bake, cookie dough and crumble and the idea to make extra meatballs for subs the next day is a fab one, i will be stealing that idea too lol
Not sure if you know this but you can also slow cook in your aga in the simmering oven ? I always start mine in the top oven (roasting oven) for 20/30 minutes then put into bottom oven for the rest of the day x

roll some foil into a golf ball size and sit the chicken on them so the chicken is not sitting in all the fat etc ,
