With the pin wheels you should have just kept the pastry as it was and put the mince one side and rolled it up like a sausage throw cut it in to pin wheels like that with a hot knife. It looked really yummy. Thanx for the ideas xx

Deffo going to try the pin wheels, I’m going to try using the taco or fajita mixes to do a pasta bake and you can make it creamy by using cream cheese too! Oh I didn’t know you could use mixed spice in savoury dishes! I have some in the back of my cupboard that I need to use up! Great idea! If you like pumpkin spiced drinks from the coffee shops the spice mix is also good for that 🙂
The fish finger bake looks incredible! I'm going to try that soon. I need to write all your recipes down. Maybe next time try the Taco mince on the pizza base before cutting, roll up then cut?
Have you tried sweet potatoes with your curry instead of normal potatoes, I made a massaman curry last week and put in sweet potatoes instead and it tasted amazing x
All look beautiful! I’d personally make the korma sauce & sausage casserole sauce from scratch than a jar , they are so easy to do. Plus more veggies to bulk it up as I’m greedy haha.they look so nice though xx

We grate carrot and courgette into all of our mince dishes too, means we use half the amount of mince! Game changer!
