This was so much fun. I need to make a list of ones that I haven't seen yet. Especially the foreign films. I love subs over dubs, so they are totally my friend😅. I own so many of the JA adaptations from the BBC. The 2008 and Hollywood version of S&S are my faves. Also my favorite book. I have been both Marianne and Elinor, with love, in different times of my life. Love the discussion regarding who they end up with at the end

I agree about the costumes... and I think they look bulky because they are made of stiffer fabric so they stuck out instead of falling softly around their bodies. They also looked new and had never been washed.
