Very Basic level .... First try to differentiate between food safety and food hygiene . Then get into basics of HACCP.Secondly majority of hotel brands will fail miserably in inspection and audits . vey easy to teach but none followed in the industry. also figure out the difference between PRP and CCP before getting onto HACCP. This HACCP session is not 1% close to FSMS. hotel management degree will not get you closer to FSMS. Forget about it
Career as a UA-camr.... never thought of ......previous comment hinted on better food control measures ....rather than spinning the likes on the channel ..put the real hardcore content applicable to food and beverage vertical... Thanks for an informative post.
