This was a great video I do have a question. I had transferred a call to an incorrect extension how can I recall that transferred call and resend to correct extension? Thank you

My phone does not have ICOM at the bottom like it ishowing here. I only have History in that spot. How do I get the ICOM to show up? I do have ICOM enabled.
