Great video! As an MSP, we frequently deploy these phone models. For Yealink devices, we prefer pairing them with Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX-it's not widely known but really great for MSPs.

Mine wont find IP address so frustrating

My phone does not have ICOM at the bottom like it ishowing here. I only have History in that spot. How do I get the ICOM to show up? I do have ICOM enabled.

it just stays on " initializing for ever" PoS phone.

Does your phone have several numbers you can use to call out on?
