If you are helping people buy land in idaho, make sure they get a full panel water report any well to be purchased. You can have poisonous levels of arsenic, fluoride, nitrates and uranium.
Hi, looking to buy land in northern Idaho with owner financing. No HOA, no CCRs, no zoning etc. Need to buy a place to put my off grid homestead. Hoping for at least 5 acres or more. Thank you.
What is the best way to send u the land?
What about small pieces of land like 1-2 acres, in the middle of nowhere? Ability to camp/RV and not so much build a regular home but possibly a tiny home and a shed type situation. Any information appreciated! I’m ready to run away from Milwaukee and I need a place to go. 😁 Me and my dogs that is.

Why would there be 1 or 2 acres in the middle of nowhere? More like 10 or 30 nobodies piecing out 1 or 2 acres in the middle of nowhere unless it's surounsed by a dozen more 1 or 2 acres with houses on it 😅
@@scottyknows1566 Actually I have found several small acreage's of land, in my own research of moving from the Northwoods of Wisconsin to beautiful Idaho. Ya just gotta look. They're out there.. 🐎
