- A look at the TireJect beat sealant, and almost three week review. This is a cost effective option to repair a leaky tire bead. Before using you should verify with soapy water and a visual inspection that there are no other holes in the tire. In order to ensure proper tire balance, it is important to drive the vehicle for about 20+ minutes. After installation, it appears that there was a small loss in air (~5psi) over the first couple of days that stabilized. Over the duration of the 19 days shown in the video my tire would have otherwise required it to be inflated three to four times. I have topped off the tire after shooting the video, and it is holding pressure as it should. Overall this seems to work (so far). It runs about $22 for one standard tire or $28 for two tires /one large truck tire.

I have a bead leaks on my 2000 Toyota Avalon XL, it's really works!
Had no clue what that little metal piece was for. Used some plies to turn it and it worked great. Of course, I tried to put the valve back in the wrong direction, but we got there in the end.
I was going to get some of thos to help with my bead seal leak but i had some green slime inhad bought a while back and put it in my tire two days ago and no leaks but if anything I'm going to grab some of this and keep in my vehicle just to be safe. Whem i have more time im going to break my tire down and reseal it the right way

How does the sealant seal the bead when centrifugal force moves it away from the bead?
Well, you have to think when your moving its spreading that stuff all over the inside of your tire and as it's doing that it's being forced with air pressure into where it's leaking.
I watched a video of this product where they had tires cut in half to show exactly what happens when applied through the valve stem , it actually was a comparison vidio between this , slime sealant and couple more and when the jell types were applied they just covered the tread area of the tires but when this stuff was shot in it covered the whole inside side to side , top to bottom. So I thought I'd give it a try in my leaking lawnmower tire and wa la ! Stuff works great 👍
4 new wheels to fix one leaking tyre ? Run for your life to another tyre service .
I dont understand how this stuff works? an different than slime? How can it do beads?
I used green slime to seal my bead. You have to think you have liquid in your tire moving while air pressure is forcing it into any leaking area
Who's buying this type of product are probably people that have newer cars that don't come with a spare, so no jack as well. They're probably going to be installing the sealant with the rim touching the ground.
I have a jack and a spare but I also have two rims that are leaking around the bead.
Ugh.... SCHRADER VALVE......SMH
