so pretty, definitely recreating. but for some reason, my bishop collar doesn't turn out fitted, it's always standing straight and not hugging the neck

The collar might be a bit too large. Mine was slightly loose, to fix this I'd reduce the spreading from 1 inch to half an inch for a better fit.
