- It's time to get serious...In this episode I decided to answer the age old question: How long would it take one man to eat every single one of the thirteen pizzas on the Papa John's menu?

Honestly, four double-microwaved pizzas in 15 minutes might be the most impressive feat yet. That dough turns into tractor tires.
Yeah, doesn't MICROWAVING pizza tend to make the crust EXTRA CHEWY? Figure you'd be FAR better off heating them up in an oven, or on a frying pan WITH a 'lid' to re-melt the cheese!
I'm one of those weird people that like them in the microwave of course i have them in the oven as well everyone has their food different i guess.

FYI a good way to warm pizza is in a large frying pan. If you have a lid (then stick them in the oven while you do the others). Really quite fast wy play to heat and not soggy like you get from a microwave.
Yeah or a toaster. Nicer than microphone and fast.
That's what I was thinking! Best re-heat method is in a frying pan with a 'lid' to also melt the cheese a bit. Doesn't microwaving pizza just make the crust EXTRA CHEWY?
In the absence of an oven proof frying pan with a lid, I put the leftover pizza on a large cookie sheet & cover it with a stainless mixing bowl & then bake at 300°F or so for about 15 mins. Purrfect!
I'd totally have been mixing up different pizza sandwich combos. 😂

BeardMeatsFood if you microwave things breaded and cheesy like pizza or other bread based things with a little cup of water in the microwave too, it helps rehydrate the food and not make it all rubbery and nasty.

Two thoughts: I think youd do much better at this today. And I love how it didn't even occur to you to return the pan. Most Americans would, or at least they'd intend to but then forget about it. A frugal person might find a use for it but you kept it because returning it never entered your mind lol

I always have fantasies about doing an eating challenge similar to the ones you do, (and don't get my wrong I love your videos) but then I see you almost choke to death multiple times throughout your videos and I think I'm so glad I haven't done one; it helps me out coz then I go for a sensible amount of junk food instead lol, much love for the videos though keep it up :)

Should have left an oven running, put 2 pizzas in, take one out and replace each time you finished one. Why subject yourself to eating cold pizza

Also, cold pizza is better than fresh pizza, that is a fact
I wouldn't be able to spend all that money just to eat cold pizza.... Pizza that has been refrigerated is delicious... Not pizza that has become luke warm after being made.. just gross.
Who cares. People who get so picky over wether their food is hot or not when they eat it sure do lead privileged lives lol. I couldn’t imagine how great life would be if my biggest worry was if my pizza sat for 40 minutes before I ate it.

we tend to prefer not to eat in the street unless its a cafe with outside seating or a pub that serves food in its beer garden. That is not to say it does not exists it just is not a big cultural happening here.

u either sprinkle a bit of water over the pizza or put a cup of water next to it in the mv. but yea, oven if u have time

Always microwave your pizza but use the defroster setting (!) 30-60 seconds of that and the bread is still soft and the other parts feel like as if it was just delivered.

I used to work at Papa John's. You don't have to reheat. Just turn your oven on low 200-250°F and stick the pizzas in the boxes in there. Pull them out as you're about to eat them.
Microwaving makes the crust rubbery and harder to chew.

Do they really only have 13 pizzas on the menu? My local smalltown pizzashop has like 50-60 different pizzas + all the other grill and kebab stuff.

There's 2 different ways we reheat pizza that works quite well. If you microwave it, put a coffee cup of water in with the pizza. It'll help soften the crust. The other is to throw a knob of butter into a medium hot pan, grill each slice for about 2-3 minutes for a nice crunchy, buttery crust. Cheers.
