I’m dying at the southern accent through the Bojangles drive-thru 😂😂😂
commenting while rewatching that part again, f-ing hilarious. and it worked
As a native southerner I can tell you Adam that I was quite impressed. You actually pulled off a southern accent without being offensive. Normally quite a difficult feat for anyone not born and bred. I give it a solid 7.8
Agree with this, but it still caught me off guard and its the first time I laughed out loud watching one of your videos.
As an Aussie who has been to America people often think I’m British when they hear my accent so good to know it works both ways 😂
I lived in Las Vegas and worked in hospitality. Only after about 30-40 interactions is it easy to distinguish the two for us Americans.
@@churrle8528 yeah, I was thinking of saying something like that, after a few interactions people start to pick up the differences.
Arby's is vastly under appreciated. It's my favorite fast food chain and the reuben is incredible. Your next challenge should be a Crave Case challenge for White Castle sliders and see if you can best 90. I bet you could.
As a Georgia native you almost nailed the accent and good variety of restaurants. It was so fun seeing you try places I know so well
I know right!? It made me think of when you get North Carolinians in town, they speak just slightly different, but still southern!
Totally agree! Only thing I wish he would've done is tried Chic-Fil-A if he hadn't before
Beard asking hesitantly, do you have... Sweet tea? In Atlanta. Has me dying. Man, they all have sweet tea. They have sweet tea before they have unsweet.
Born and raised in North Georgia. I didn't know there was unsweetened tea until I was in middle school.
Haha right, was cute to see. I'm kind of the reverse of Beard, lived in Australia and New Zealand for 8 years which are basically England light. I was doing the reverse....eating a savory pie for the first time was blasphemy but by the time I moved back to the States was being upset things like tea and English style pies died here in 1776 😂
Culver’s is all about the butter burger! Maybe the best fast food burger. And I’m glad you liked Arby’s but the beef n cheese is the way to go. 25 minutes for Krystal is insanity!
His relish comment is funny because if you get a deluxe butterbuger it comes with "relish" on it! The lettuce/mayo mix really makes it pop. I don't even necessarily like mayo.
Yeah. My go to is the North Atlantic Cod, but Butterburger is the marquee. Also, how do you go to Culver’s for the first time and not get frozen custard?
As a Wisconsinite, I would’ve gone for a classic butterburger with cheese and cheese curds. Still glad you were able to try Culver’s!
I'm from arkansas but lived in MN for awhile I completely agree with you
Michigander here I would have gotten the same thing and an Oreo Concrete Mixer
I agree! I always get the culver's deluxe and mushroom swiss butter burger. That's their signature for sure
I like how he unknowingly discovered biscuits and gravy. Something that is also on cracker barrels menu. Lol
I love your videos! This one was a lot of fun! For future information: At Hardee's anything with the Frisco name in it is on Sourdough bread. I would suggest the Monster Burger. Culver's has amazing cheese curds and really great frozen custard. Arby's has amazing Jamocha Shakes. The accent was great by the way! Cheddar Biscuits at Red Lobster are very good as well! Thanks for all you do to entertain us!
When Beard speak the words "I'm absolutely famished" a slight chill goes up every buffet-owners back worldwide.
If I ran a food truck I'd probably end up getting a restraining order placed on me because my marketing strategy would simply involve stalking this guy.
@@PathFind13 but if you did how would anyone know if you where stalking him after all hypothetically as far as anyone might have been considered you may just had hypocritically thought you where just driving the food truck for business purposes
@@garyoak4946 If I was subtle enough I could ride his coat tails to some sort of victory yeah you're probably right 😂

I’m currently doing intermittent fasting and your videos are my new guilty pleasure! When I’m allowed to eat I enjoy it so much! Very jealous of your lifestyle! Haha
How did you go to Red Lobster, and not have any cheddar bay biscuits? Mrs. Beard would absolutely love them; garlicky, buttery, cheesy… so yummy
I can't believe they didn't give you the biscuits they are the best and you missed them :O
Reb Lobster sucks. Get someone that lives near the sea to cook you some real lobster with a giant amount of salt. It's f*cking amazing and completely different. Dip it in a nice garlic butter sauce and you'll pass away happy.
@@clarencedonovan231 most people don't go to Red Lobster for the lobster, they go for the biscuits lol
@@IAmNotARobotPinkySwear I didn't know that, lol. I went there once for my birthday and it was horrible. The lobster was so bland and over cooked.
Best part of Easter: Chocolate? Spring weather? Family? Nope….34 mins of Beard!
Yeah... I definitely think Jesus paying our debt of sin so that we don't have to takes it by a hair but this is a close second 😂
Rewatching this episode, as it in the area where we live. While viewing, my wife said she wants to see you do a day at the Texas State Fair trying ALL the offerings.
loved the calm and relaxing style of the video
Yes! It's really lost with that off-his-nut male camera man he sometimes has!
Your try at a southern accent had me laughing and it was pretty spot on give it a solid nine out of ten would had especially fooled some of the drive-thru's in my town.
That accent is from the south but we call that accent Hood. It’s southern hood ebonics
It was a decent accent. I would put him more towards Texas, but still a good attempt.
@@The-Timelessg if you're gonna try to correct someone at least have the bare minimum knowledge of grammar.
Literally my exact order at cracker barrell. I was yelling "dip it in the gravy!!" And then... bam! 🤣 nice.
You got to have mrs. Beard on these All day & 24-hour meetings videos. Extra commentary that's hilarious also.. love the channel watch three or four a day I maybe I'll catch up.
“Can i get a chicken biscuit please “ 😂😂😂😂😂 I couldn’t stop laughing it was spot on
I was rolling when he put on his 'accent' to order through the drive-thru. Lol I am southern, albeit Texas, and you nailed it! That was great!
He could pass as one of the Robert's family from Duck Dynasty. Just buy some Mossy Oak.
When he started speaking I had to check and see if someone was speaking for him. He got the accent almost perfectly.
Next time you go to Culver's you have to try their Cheese Curds. So good.
Happy new year to yourself and Mrs Beard may you have the best in the year ahead
I’m so sad to see that Beard missed out on the cheddar biscuit at Red Lobster. It’s the only reason to go there IMO.
Yooo, I just noticed they didn’t give him any. Some of these ppl were pretty shit at their jobs tbh
I thought the same thing.
Those cheddar bay biscuts are the best.
This was a great episode! The southern accent had me in absolute stitches!!! Still an insane amount of food for one day!!! Also, thank you for being so kind to your servers, it's one reason I continue to watch!!!
I can't STAND people who are rude to their servers. Even if you're just a horrible human being in general, why would you be rude to someone who is handling your food?
After binge watching 10+ episodes of challenges I kept looking for the timer in the corner during this video 😂 btw kudos on the southern accent sir. And Dennys once had a bacon milkshake, not my cup of tea but alot loved it!
What a clever challenge going from restaurant to restaurant. God bless you mate!
I love these OG blog style videos. I know the quick eating ones probably get the most views but thank you for continuing to put these out for the rest of us!
Probably my favorite video I’ve seen from you, watching a British guy’s commentary on American chains is pretty funny. Loved the 2 giant blizzards, also, Culver’s has more to offer, hope you get back there again sometime.
lmao such a good episode but i cant feel like he got the worst stuff at every place hahaha
Culvers has soo much more to offer and i hope beard will at least experience it off video
It’s good to see that Krystal is the slowest fast food everywhere you go. 😂
And here i thought the sliders were so they would cook faster or is this just a GA thing.
Love these videos! Nice honest take on the foods trialled. Love the facial expressions … the eyebrows lift when the mouth opens up wide for a big bite😂! And it’s so refreshing that he’s not swearing and carrying on like a pork chop😂! Thanks for some great entertainment 🍽🥇🏆
The southern accent killed me hahaha I could understand you way easier too which was hilarious. Glad you got to try some of our fine establishments and see why so many people are overweight. I try to keep my fast food outings to once a week which is probably still too much.
Culver's is my jam! Everything is great there and my kid and I eat there all the time. They make their own root beer and frozen custard, the vanilla malted shakes are amazing. You should have gotten some of the Wisconsin cheese sauce for dipping, it's my daughter's favorite.
These have got to be some of your best videos. Love it. 🤣👍🏻
I nearly wet myself laughing at you ordering with an American accent..... utterly priceless but efficient 😜
Hell's teeth though, the price of those tiddly lobster tails, gloopy pasta & an ice cream scoop of mash was highway robbery!!! Your room must've been 'pungent' the following morning with the concoction you ate! Great video Adam x
And there were no chedder bay biscuits. Paying that much, he should have at least gotten a couple baskets of those.

Loved this change of pace for the video idea!
As a true American Southerner, I must say that I absolutely LOVED this video! His reaction to everything was spot on...also, should we tell him that there's an entire meal that's simply biscuits and gravy? 😂😂
I mean, he liked the southern gravy so I'd say yes. Biscuits and gravy is like 90% flour with some butter and stock, I love it though, especially with a runny egg or 2 on top. I think he actually had biscuits an gravy in a video around a year ago (some new restaurant opening).

We use what we call a "cubed steak" for the country fried steak, or rather chicken fried steak. it's typically served with white gravy and it is superb down south country comfort cooking.
Before your video, I got an advert for heartburn relief. Very apt!
Bojangles' fired chicken bone in is amazing. Also you missed out on the cheese biscuits at red lobster; top tier 👍

That’s one of the best videos I’ve watched from you in a long time
It’s unfortunate that you didn’t get a Hardee’s biscuit, which are outstanding. And you also missed out on Culver’s custard and cheese curds, both of which are fantastic. And being a Brit, you would have really enjoyed their cod! BTW, most people eat Crystal or White Castle burgers (aka sliders) after consuming copious amounts of alcohol. Besides seafood, Red Lobster is known for their cheddar biscuits.😋
Love your videos!
The joy I get from watching you eat food in America is weirdly high. Especially at the Cracker Barrel just waiting for you to dip the steak in gravy. Keep up the entertaining content! ♥
I cannot stop watching this dude. How can you not like this guy?
While he was eating he poops himself... Mid contest all you could see was poop all over his seat and legs he made the whole restaurant smell like diarrhea
LOVE THE SOUTHERN DRAWL!!!!!! Having a drawl really helps you fit in when you’re down south. You need to come to the Midwest (St Louis region) and get White Castle belly bombers! Cristal burgers are the wanna be burgers of White Castle!!! Plus we have beer breweries and the taste of St Louis cuisine…ribs, pizza, wings you name it!
Subscribed. You hit me in the heart when you said ballad of chasey lane was your favorite bloodhound song. Win.
That Rueben sandwich from Arby's is awesome and I was hoping you would choose it, and then you did!
The double stack is the only way but, I like to double up on the sauerkraut as well.
It is one of the best fast-food sandwiches out there in the wilds of the US.
The butter burger is more of Culver's signature sandwich. And yes, the Wisconsin Swiss melt needs Dijon mustard.... and bbq sauce.
OMG, I can't believe he went to Peachtree City! PTC is one of those "pre-planned" cities. It has miles of golf cart paths and people can drive their golf carts to all the stores and pretty much anywhere in the town. It is super expensive to buy a home there and lots of rich people, actors, etc., live there. It's very near Senoia, GA which is where they filmed the Living Dead and many other shows as well as movies.
Only just watched this! Great day out for sure. made me jealous with all the 'rootbeer', love the stuff. Accent was a little ropey tho. 🤣..
