Thief combo system is really fun
Elementalist by far have the best looking effects.
Engineer and Thief is so cool but the DPS is pretty underwhelming and the animations are very slow and heavy
also rev animations especially when they're slowed its worse lmao

Animations are fun
Most of the animations are absolutely fantastic, although some of them defintely need work. Nevertheless I'm super excited!
Also no idea how Guardian got melee over Warrior. Doesnt make much sense.
i mean it kinda makes sense cause warrior dont really have much range option, also last weapon was melee for war and range for guardian.
Both of these are performing well atleast.
so far only thief and mesmer are winners of this spear beta

Es ist Guild Wars 2. Ich habe es nicht hinzugefügt, weil alle meine Videos mit Guild Wars 2 zu tun haben und ich das Spiel als Guild Wars 2 getaggt habe, also sollte es unten angezeigt werden. (idk german so used translator 😅)

So much animation reuse, no class has a distinct feeling.MEH
Making them throwing weapons is lame and the ones that are melee are used as slashing weapons rather than piercing weapons.
GW2 do better.
A lot of classes needed ranged damage options and a majority of players are happy to get them.
Multiple of the ones that have Melee animations do use thrusting attacks.
Spears historically have been used as slashing and stabbing weapons - their versatility in addition to their reach is what made them so ubiquitous globally.
None of your complaints are valid. Do better.
