@@DirtRoadAutoRepair thanks for the reply. Yes he is okay. A lesser car might have been a different story. How long will the battery last doing this? I brought it to my friends shop but he’s junking it. So I have to do it tomorrow. Was wondering if I need to bring some extra batteries?
yep helped me out... gonna fill up the car and if i need the gas for the generator I'll have this in mine ha (in case the gas pumps are not refilled like it has been that one time) ... seriously tho probably leave state until they fixed it if that happens but hey leave my options open.
If i need to get out bad gas because its been sitting for 2 years, would this be sufficient for that? Or would i have to like clean the inside of the tank??
If I don't jump the fuel pump relay I can keep the key in the accessory position and a feuel will keep coming out or do I have to start the car and keep it idling
My son just totaled my beautiful Buick 😢 has 15 gallons in it. Gonna give this a try! Thank you!
Oh man sorry about that! I hope everyone is ok. I’ve used this on many parts cars and it’ll drain pretty much everything out of the tank.

@@therealbeedubbs35 if it’s a good battery then you should be good. But you could bring an extra to be safe.
Oh man this looks this easy
Easiest way I know how.

I think this would be sufficient.
Thank you so much! What is your you tube channel? Thanks in advance
@dirtroadautorepair
Careful... be sure to stop and let the pump cool several times once the fuel level gets to 1/4. Otherwise you will do damage tobthe pump.
will this cause a spark?
Do this work for a 1998 park avenue buick
Yes it should. The concept carries to just about any vehicle.
Got it ,Dirt auto repair .
Good deal.

No. Do not start the car. If you don’t want to jump the relay you’ll have to cycle the key to run ever couple seconds. The pump won’t stay running.
