Hi, yes, $4 is just for the entrance into sentosa, as long you stay within the island, the rides are free.

Honestly idk if it's js me with a student pass or smt but for the past few times I used my ezlink card,it did not deduct $4 from my card😂😂😂

Anyway, this was expanded to include SimplyGo concession/EZ-Link cards, NETS Prepaid cards and credit/debit cards.
