Often referred to as nihonshu (日本酒) in Japanese (to differentiate it from "sake" which in Japanese can also refer to alcohol in general), the drink enjoys widespread popularity and is served at all types of restaurants and drinking establishments. Japanese sake is expensive because in Japan any food is expensive 😂
Haha
Ente kadang-kadang suka bener😅
Not expensive
For you it's expensive
Amazing work ❤❤
I had the luck to taste Sake in a Japanese restaurant in Duesseldorf. It has a fine taste flavor. I tasted Mautai in China oh that is another fine spirit.
wow , such a amazing video. i have never seen video like this before
i like the way japanese making things. nice video ❤

I hope one day I can enjoy Japanese traditional sake. Your video makes me very curious about how the Japanese make wine.
@@NoalFarm2020 Rice wine in Vietnam is rarely cooked now. Good wine can be in the north of Vietnam. The best quality. Now, cooking wine is all chemicals.
I’ve hD plum wine Delicious
Those little green 🐸 were adorable.
We the local of East Malaysia or Sabah do have our method of making this rice wine or we called it montoku In our language. Here it's not expensive, you can by it from the local brewer for 6 - 8 ringgit for 1500m! with 20% alcohol content.
Yeah pal! Ia ba. Moginum! Aramaiti!😂
Well done . Informative 👍👍👍. Thank you for sharing. Be safe🇨🇦

Amei ver a produção tudo muito bem elaborado! BR mg❤❤❤
I love SAKE❤🎉😊😊
How long does it take to work it before they start to have it ferment it??
Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up as I always do you you!!
I'll bet those are the happiest, most satisfied workers in Japan.
I bought 2 packages of the mold so I can make my own Sake. I just need a container to keep it in so that I can get to proper temp and humidity. Once I have everything I can make my own. Also rice is steamed instead of boiled to keep the starch in and get the right level of cooking.
Great

How did you get the shots of the rice growing at each stage?
Este vídeo merece uma dublagem.
Very. Nice

20 years ago, my friend bought me a bottle of sake while he was living in Japan and to this day, I still have that bottle, I can't read Japanese, so I don't know the brand but it's in a clay pot which is really cool.
It's a very great gift, but I don't know if sake will last as long as wine,
@@NoalFarm2020 Yeah I've read that it can start losing quality over time, which made me kind of sad, but it's still a great to have :)
you are back
My tribesmen make the same rice based drink but here it is called monshine, call it sake and make it expensive.
Here In india in tribal community we usually call it rice beer in English cheap alcoholic drink for greetings, party hangout or else get drunk and wasted.
But This rice extracted alcoholic drink is same in all rice nation and most common in tribal community scenario 🙏
❣️🇧🇷❣️ BRAZIL. Trabalho maravilhoso , Excelente profissional . Trabalho de Mestre .
Parabéns .

Now I'm hungry white rice yummy
Looks more like Kung-fu training the yeast, rather than fermentation.
good for the health of the worker,
Sake.
Etos kerja a keren...
They look like dancing 😊
Sake making process was in Nepal since ages.
Kalau di Indonesia nama minuman beralkohol khas nya bernama 'tuak
Minuman tradisional🎉 1:09
It CAN be produced in other places. I just saw a documentary of a guy here in the US who’s making it.
But can not be sold as SAKE, like champagne can only be named champagne if made in the Champagne wine region of France, as well as tequila only from Mexico
The input material is not the same, so copying will not be of the highest quality.
@@yeagerxp Yes is can.
@@NoalFarm2020 Screw Japan.
Japanese sake is expensive because in Japan any food is expensive . Amazing work .
pke narasi dong kak jd kita lebih ngerti lagi
Interessante 😌
12:56 - 12:59 Legend says that she's been sitting there at almost 5 centuries without moving and even blinking
Wow! And i thought homebrew beer was fussy?
Is sake have no problem with oxidation and infection? Like in beer making we are constantly very careful of infection and oxidation.
I like how everyone is smiling in the video Not to put sake down or anything like that I’d rather have a shot of vodka I guess to each is own
This is more like a gym .😄
0:18 - What are they dusting in the air with? Some kind of fungi to aid in fermentation? 3:35 - That is hella old school method. I had some Sake that was meant for cooking, it tastes like paint thinner. 4:11 - Looks like a breaking bad facility...
Art of rice
Good video, just need to correct you on something. Sake can be made anywhere, you just need the right ingredients.
Que delicioso
Quickly upload please
I wonder, without the human element of the majority of the process, how much more sake does the automated factory yield? 🏭 🤔
Which music 🎶
thank you, have a nice day

Jika sake itu arak, indonesia juga punya banyak arak dari permentasi beras harganyapun murah meriah,dg dosis tertentu sangat baik buat kesehatan..
They have a proper sanitation and good tools that's why japanese food is expensive 😊😊😊
@MurphyBox Fly Fishing yes sanitation, perfectionist quality and craftsmanship is their first choice then automatical paid the effort of high profitability. Hence workers do get reasonable amount in salary
@MurphyBox Fly Fishing OK doesn't matter lol
Hi noal farm 🎉🎉🎉
I'd love to try sake, but I can't find anywhere that sells it in the UK...
That seems strange. I was able to find it in our small Alaskan town🫤.
@@massive_headwound_harry Honestly, I've checked all our major supermarkets, and I can't see it anywhere.
I'll have to start investigating more "niche" places, I guess.
hey dude,i think i know the music. hahahaa
In bekonang city called ciu
❤❤❤
kampay!
I make a 12L batch every week. Takes me about 15 days from start to finish. Depending on my mood I will make a 13% minimum to a maximum 19% sake. I also make a sweeter version for aging to make shaoxing wine.
how about the taste compare with sake from japan?
Years of deflation and recent weakness of the yen has made Japanese foods cheaper than the US. I was in Tokyo last month.
I like noal farm videos on UA-cam from the imperial county California 👍👍🖐️🇺🇲
thank you my friend, have nice day
@@NoalFarm2020 same to you my friend
In Indonesia its called ciu
*_Sake, Pisco, whisky, Vodka, Ron and Tequila are Chilean😎👍_*
How Koji mushroom is made was shown in detail, but nothing was shown how sake is made on its basis! Guys, you didn't show the sake production theme, your video doesn't match the title!
Everything that is made in Japan is expensive, but it doesn't mean it is good or better than other countries.
Di indonesia ini disebut air tape.. 😅
Very similar to the making of Mad Dog 20/20 I'd say.
*Just imagine if Sake is produced in India or any other country.*
Ya it's produced in west bengal, India we called it madi
Watch Moonshiners , how to make your own liquor.
Some people like me will never work at this place, my body really easy to sweating

I have had very expensive, high quality sake while on business in Japan. I just never got a taste for it.
How's taste of sake ?
sweet ? Bitter ?
