    DAP doing well attracting the best brains to join them. A huge untapped resource Malaysia sometimes forgets it has is its human talent which is often more valuable than oil and gas.

    Very Interesting perspective of local government perspectives in PJ and democratisation of the local political situation. PJ and some parts of the Klang Valley are very affluent and consists of a demographic attributes NOT found in the rest of the country. This a model template for citizens to engage the democratic processes available and exercising their rights. Ms Kusha, kudos to you for explaining and making a positive contribution to the PJ Constituency Region. During the interview. Peter seemed dumb founded by Kusha's explanations with regards to the MPPJ workings. Yeap. We in MY are NOT taking the time to know the processes and how best to engage local government officers and councilors. Many just ignore and go about their pursuit of work, money and happiness. People come out to vote in the GE and vote based on Party, ethnic and religion politics. It is NEVER based on Policies, truthfulness and good governance. If Malaysia needs to attract the best FDI, the schools curriculum, examination standards, and vocational institutions have to be improved. Talent creation and skills development is the key.

    Hi are we ok, I'm very proud and happy to hear this episode.
    Hver, wud wish to know how to get connected to our local Councillor and the process...etc..
    Can I say that the political party or state government is responsible for the achievements to solve all the local complaints.. . Eventually the locals will be happy and directly honor for the job done by the political party policies and responsibilities shown??

    I understand that cadreship is a means to attract the youngest & brightest talents who subscribe to the causes/struggles of the party.
    My worry with cadreship is that it gives rise to lifelong politicians with very little real-world experience but a load of vested interests.
    Having said that, credit to this young lady for doing a good job in PJ and kudos to DAP for promoting youth and diversity through the political rank.

    HR manager means headhunters..they hunt for talents.. and bring them together and hope for the best..oh, do you know in kl, there is a river that has penjaga that monitor the river daily. Penjaga as means, mmg ada office n rumah utk tinggal tepi river to monitor it daily. That way they will know the patterns of river and that helps them to be more knowledgeable with first hand information that can alert all communities in kl incase of flood or droughts n etc.

    my personal experience with mbpj. i've made complaints on broken drains which is about 50 years old. no action for 3 years until i met Rajiv. i start pouring my experience to him and he agree to look into the matter. less then 3 months , the broken drain is fixed. thank you Rajiv. My niece stays in Subang Jaya, reported on again drain situation to mpsj many times and no action taken. i told her to look for the mp but she said no use. what is happening?

    • @vigthegreat
      @vigthegreat 5 місяців тому

      MBPJ should take note of MPKJ Response Rakyat App. Very efficient. I have made complaints about drain cover damage and over grown trees, abandoned cars taking up parking spaces, all were resolved within 2 weeks.
      I'm very impressed.

    on river management, look east to Japan. all their rivers seems to have a filtering system in place as there are no leaves, very clear water etc. also teach those using blowers to blow heap of brown fallen leaves not to blow the leaves from point A to point B. no point giving these equipment when the user clearly don't know how to use them. Like the japanese, they gather the leaves with the blower but use bag to bagged the leaves probably to make compost which in turn can fertilize the greens in that park. How about waste management for household?

    no sure whether you answers on why taman jaya, project so delayed? If Taman Jaya is in China, they will be done within 3 months. I've had seen how they shifted pond water from one pond to another in 2 days and this include digging the new pond, planting flowers etc to beautify it.
