I remember watching this when it was first made, it’s brilliant, I’m hoping it gets more views. - Maybe make a remake which has the Black Mesa Gordon Freeman and Shotgun Models, up to you though.
I always pictured reloading on a ladder to be pretty simple, just hook one arm on the rung and hold the gun with that arm. Insert new mag/shells/whatever with the other. Comfortable? No. Easy? Eh, doing it normally would be simpler. Practical? Only in very specific circumstances. Fast? Probably not, unless you decide to train on it for some reason. Possible? Definitely.
Recorded at high frame rate using the engine's demo recorder. Then blended frames at lower frame rate to generate motion blur if I remember correctly. Also Nvidia driver's ambient occlusion in there maybe?
@@SchoolGNM Pretty sure it was SSAO. Maybe I changed some flags in Nvidia Inspector to make it work but it works by default in many Source Engine games.

It can't be ambient occlusion, it dosen't support Source SDK 2007
