In this one, we riff on about the omni-game -- The notion that we exist in layer after layer of gamified systems. These layers, we theorize, may all be contained within some kind of infinite meta-game. We probe into numerous elements of the game -- Free will, the importance of ecstatic and altered consciousness, finite games versus the infinite game. Also, what, if anything, is the ultimate player in the game? Is there a point?

The free will thing really got me about 2 years ago, like yeah it's come up a bunch of times in the past but i never really questioned it on a deep personal level, then one day about 2 years back I got home from work one day and then for the next week i just sat for hrs in thought, I started looking into it again but from a neuroscience perspective and from a personal perspective and it started off this kind of input detox where i started to identify all the carrots i was chasing and why i was chasing them, then removing the carrots that didn't serve me in a positive way, I stopped smoking, stopped listening to shitty music, junk media and kept it educational, stopped drinking, eating junk food, started meditating, exercising more often and got out in nature a lot more and realised i had no anxiety, no stress, no depression nothing, i was just walking around being the most authentic me and kind of found myself to be in some kind of enlightened state by accident, I kept having synchronisitys, dejavu, i got a new job, new car, new friends, new hobbies aaand then i started interacting with people that are still chasing carrots, now i chase carrots again. Being able to be alone helps.

I’m really hearing this at the right time. I just told my gf that it’s time to stop being a student and searching and start being the captain of my own life. I’ve been focusing on adding structure to my life so I created a schedule today. I was just thinking, I’ve created a schedule before; how can I stick to it this time. An opening/closing aperture of choice is a very interesting idea. It’s clear that most people’s free will is limited by what they believe is possible. And that many limiting beliefs are popular and that freedom is not the utility function for most people (for most their UF is a feeling of being protected). So it occurs to me that there’s a trade off between free-will and safety that’s baked into the structure of the universe. The more options you open up for yourself, the more ways you can go catastrophically wrong. So it would be to the advantage of a species to diversify free will in a population, so you have maintainers that try to maximize the chance of the lineage continuing using known methods, and explorers who expand the range of what is possible. If you have only one type, a species that does both will eventually beat you. So, not only does it seem like some people are less favorable to awareness, it would probably be a huge strategic advantage for an evolving species to have a mixture of free-will of limited-will.
This conversation was one of my favourites so far, what a pleasure to listen to as always! Game theory and Conway’s game of life were brought up, so if you guys are digging those topics then if you haven’t already, I highly recommend looking into what is called (and also “invented” by Conway): “the surreal numbers” - even just a quick glance at the surreal number tree, if going deeper into the game’s mechanics is not of interest.

So interesting! I also watched Lee Cronin on Lex. The most interesting idea he shared is that there is free will because, “the universe is not big enough to contain the future” (given that the universe is finite and the future is infinite.) but please, please take a deeper dive into the understanding of schizophrenia.

I would just like to say that you pretty much nailed every single thing that runs through my mind almost every day and that description is basically how I integrate through life now but only because I understand something you can't understand until you have experienced it and it is not something schizophrenic in nature considering the sicumstance of intelligence levels

The intuition that has developed in me from psychs is that free will is an illusion. The universe is perfect mathematical order and therefore nothing is left to chance. Likewise the experience of synchronicity and karma invalidates free will as you’re having predetermined experiences that align with those. Now the gotcha is we still did have free will… but it was when we made the choice before this incarnation to have the lessons we needed to experience here… Another example is on a trip when you have an overwhelming sense of being exactly where you’re supposed to be. Just because you don’t have free well, doesn’t invalidate the experience because its like watching a movie you’ve never seen before…

The infinite game is life. The infinite player is consciousness. Life is not restricted to life on earth. It’s the soul’s journey back to the higher dimensions, coming back for lessons and experiences, is how I understood that
Infinity is a beast, eternity can be really scary, but I came to think of how we always live in the now and time is a projection. Sometimes we forget the past. Sometimes we forget the future. So it's perfectly plausible I believe to be peaceful in an eternal life. It can be pretty scary though! I have felt dread about eternal time, but have overcome most of it, yay.
My favorite thing about these conversations is the conversation I have with both of you in my head while you’re talking. It takes 5 or more hours to get through it because I have to keep pausing.

As I understand - to see in spirit is to invert our awareness to where the inside becomes the outside and the outside becomes the inside. An example of this would be to look up at a night sky and realize you’re actually looking into your own soul. The grid that we see on psychedelics is the flower of life consciousness matrix. My understanding of this geometric pattern is that it is an interference pattern created by consciousness folding back on itself through an eternal feedback loop - propagating the forms we experience in the cosmos. This is how infinity divides itself.

22:38 thanks for a great, free roaming conversation so far in. For reference it was transactional analysis(TA) Great for reflecting on negotiation positions. Lots of takeaways in the book; I'm Okay/You're Okay matrix, but the main thing Transactional Analysis exposes is how we all get something from these 'postures' and plays.
After a great amount of time and effort, I've given up all interest in other people’s intuitions and intentions. It's part of a fear response everyone possesses, part of the games people play.
I'm learning the depth and intimacy of my own intuitions intentions and the natural reading of my own instincts. So far as it feels i havent experienced any fear of intimacy...i wondered and was guided to a sense of being protected from an intensity of life that i haven't been intimately capable of handling...until i am.
This is the 2nd time I've "listened" (yep) to you two. Yesterday and today. Fucking phenomenal! This world need to hear these conversations. Keep it up brothers 🤙🤙

There are a few people I trust (I have like 15 total on this planet, rare occurrence) that have seen it too. You're not alone, if that's of any relief.
Fairly certain I've flown through it a few times, but I'm damaged and still in "flight school", so to speak. I can't say with any assurance.

Wow. After my dark night, o would explain it as having cleared out karma and trauma. Your explanation of the person with OCD who had “the space” to not do the action is how I felt with shitty previous behavior before the dark night. I can see me about to get an attitude at work so I can beat myself to it. Hell, it’s 5:15am, I literally haven’t slept and my alarm goes off at 7:30. I’m usually a demon with less than 6.5 hours but now I can anticipate it, and calm it down, and if feel silly if o “acted” like I knew I would.
Our egos send us these fear-based emotions like those rising platforms in a Mario Bros game. We can select which one to jump onto, but we play the part of the emotion when we do, frustrated Dave, jealous Dave, anxious Dave. All the world is a stage, but we can be the director too.

I love you guys, you know thanks, I am not sure what to say, but thanks.
When it comes to knowing what someone is going to do before they do it, that may not necessarily zero free will. Every action, when sort of graphed on a space/time continuum grid is a bell curve tail before and after the event. It’s like how a service dog senses its owner’s episode before it happens. It’s not always there like it’s set in stone but it arises as seen in the dog’s change of behavior. The action had a distinct beginning rather than continuous.
I believe I share the experience you just described both because I found the best way to endure an never-ending stream of injustices I had prepared for and press mitigated; it causes me to continually purge every remaining crumb that was my self will.
I feel you both are strongly misunderstanding and projecting your misunderstanding on what I and probably what Sam found and adopted.

Been thinking of this life as the interaction between a higher demension and a lower one. The movement began as your birth and its always moving until the end of the interaction in a moment you will call death.

“The Master Game” by De Ropp. I previewed this book and it sounds interestingly like what your talking about.
Life eternally actualizes infinite potential, because only Eternity can fully embrace Infinity.
There is a Superset of all that is, was, can be or even can't be. This is the Field of all possibilities. The field is made of constructs that seek to define or experience all those possibilities. This is a desire for self definition. In order to define aspects the infinite whole breaks off a piece so look back at itself or interact with itself. Therefore our purpose as the small piece is to experience and define (remove hidden nuance to reveal clarity). Self definition then becomes a function of what scope I identify as the division of the realms of observer and observed. Much changes if we shift from telescope view to microscope view. Ultimately we are all the one superset, but we experience ourself as fragments. Each fragment a fractal of the whole.

Yes! From about 42:00 about how an ever increase of entropy doesn't square with the increasing complexity in the universe. I think that's absolutely correct. There is a difference between simple order (low entropy) and complex order (also low entropy). And science doesn't yet have a general definition of complexity.

The grid is actualy ininitly differnt size cubes with larger cubes and infinatly smallers cubes inside of it. It determines the level of existence you experiece or your awareness becomes. So when move in x and y in the same size cube plane its a movement within a realm or perspective of ecistence. Z+ is zooming out where you conciousness is occupying larger and larger space. Z- is smaller and smaller. All directions are infinite. When i had this experiece, i distinctly remember getting concerned because i felt i would my awareness of current existence and forget or get lost in another level so far away from the earth realm i left that i would not know if i should go z+ or z- direction. If you zoom out enough our existance is a small part of something in another level of spacial awareness.

I have woken up very quickly a couple of times and I have seen black dots like a grid or mesh over everything. I kept blinking eventually it wore off as I got more awake. I think lots of other people have had this too. So potentially this is like a Tron grid maybe it is about creating coordinates for linear time to exist? Cos I have experienced in mediation the four falling pillars of time and that space wouldn’t be a good space to have chronology cos there is no feeling of linear it’s like a no time zone a no mortality environment. But it makes sense to create linear chronological experiences because as your person you would need an environment that operates within the consistency of rules that separate time and experience into past present future like an ordering or sequencing. To have this allows for self reflection because you can look back and create or see patterns in behaviour. That might be more difficult to do in a quantum value system as the processing of everything all at once might be over load and we are designed to be experiential so there are layers of physicality as information to add to the patterns so filters like past present future seems like needed for the programme to be interfaced with. But I wonder if these grids and mesh structures can be trackable coordinates and maybe that’s how you could get the ‘others’ who are outside of the mesh being so precise with how they zoom into your experience. So you might think oh that was random that a particular person was standing next to you who are a stranger but you go to a another shop and they pop up again then you go on the bus and like they are on the bus. Your like how is this mathematically possible for randomers to keep repeating. particularly when they are walking in the opposite direction so have to double back to be where you are. But maybe they are part of the game but they are characters outside of the game that can jump to coordinates? I know that sounds pretty crazy but it happens so regularly to see repeat people who you never talk to or interact with but the same person for maybe 1 day can keep popping up in the same place you are.
Are these meant to be clues? Like hello don’t forget now you’re in the game!!
My spookiest moment with that was on holiday I was in a store clothes shopping and just walking with no particular thought in my mind looking at the clothes and the security guard passed me and said my name on my driving License. In the U.K. this is a version of your surname so really private very difficult to know that detail I was so shocked and internally freaked out I just couldn’t compute and said nothing but it was like a screaming clue to say you are in something that knows the programme wake up!
So someone might say that was in my head I misinterpreted what he said because it’s not possible for that to happen. For sure it doesn’t fit with the rules of the chronology or biological aspects of what is possible in life. But are we surrounded by glitches? Like clues?
We might experience it then try to normalise it and be rational and kind of dissolve the strangeness of the experience because it feels too freaky.
Another time me and my adult daughter were in my car and it was near Halloween time and it was dark and we were driving locally in a little pretty residential road near home. And there were people around who normally wouldn’t be around as it’s cold in the U.K. so hanging out casually sitting on a wall with no coat smoking a cigarette is not the norm particularly in this residential road. However I am trying to normalise so I say oh it’s Halloween time so it must be a party. Then a man really tall like almost 7 foot tall appears dressed up as Ronald Mac Donald with the most perfect make up like it was air brushed on. Again I am thinking never seen someone dress up like that for Halloween but his costume is immaculate so me and my daughter are watching him as he comes close to our car I am driving very slowly as people are about and can walk out in front of cars particularly in the night. This massive Ronald McDonald guy goes behind my car and in my rear view mirror I see him melt like walk through into the parked white van behind me. My brain is like well that’s not possible so I must have missed something and it’s dark and I am driving so he can’t have done that. So I say nothing and then my daughter says did you see that? I am like you mean that man? The McDonald man ? She says yeah he just disappeared and walked into that white van.
I am like yeah I did see that.
But because it’s soooo bizarre a thing to happen even though we both saw it we just can’t validate it. So it becomes another weird thing that you can’t explain. But all of these weird things actually make sense if they are placed in a different rules of the game context. If there are layers of the game and the different layers have different operational capabilities.
So how much are we authoring our own experience by coding our own expectations of ourselves our capabilities within a self limiting mindset.
So we might have repeating behaviours until we can jump outside of ourselves to be objective and differentiate between a behaviour and who we are as the author. So maybe as we do try to go inward and self reflection more maybe externally you are going to get more anomalies in the external grid as what level you are in the game internally will reflect externally the clutches.
Then take Jesus who you could say had a lot of deep self reflection and was vibing on a universal harmonic one love wave because of this internal vibration could create the impossible possible his could access the other layers of the programme to walk on water. The miracles were not phenomena that he ‘performed’ they were a direct consequence of what was inside him being reflected back in the game because he was the author. Creation existing out of nothing all of these elements that cause issues with our evidence based world Jesus had no problem with. Being or believing you exist as something other than just the sum of your parts I think that level of transformation is a game changer and it will get reflected back at you via the unexplainable. I guess mystery is a pathway in the game and the game can be played with on a multitude of levels but weaving through it I think there is always one constant of one love. The power of one love can rearrange the grid vibration.

Lighten up guys. We are slivers of the creator helping it understand itself. Infinity just means reincarnation. It will never end, and when the planet is gone, it will continue on a different planet, a different galaxy, a parallel universe. Relax.

Just a perception from The Book of Udo:
The ancients called the little "g" gods elohims. A type of created being that doesn't possess matter as part of it's form, spirits. We humans are created beings that have both matter and spirit which is why we are species unique. I know we can enter into the realms of the spirits without matter and interact with these beings because I do. And no, it isn't with the use of any type of drug. There is a door to go through to enter into this state that I think is meant to prepare us for when our physical bodies wear out and can no longer contain the soul which becomes a spirit. This is where real change happens in the times of earth and it's inhabitants. Spirits that take up residence or inhabit the meat suits of humankind to bring civilizations into changes. There are cycles of time and there are people who are called seers, prophets, mystics and clairvoynats who have passed some of these stories down to us, Carl Jung being one of them. Everyone is developing their inner being, which I refer to as the soul, and one day, everyone will realize what type of elohim they were creating. The Bible refers to this place as the heavens, which I think there are higher and lower heavens we are destined for becuse of our own free will choices we make in this life.

1:25:41 Although I do not claim to know exactly what is happening, I will say this about the out-of-body experience, of which I have had many; it sure as heck feels as if consciousness/awareness/self is leaving the body (not on psychedelics, btw). The Sam Harris topic is interesting to me. Ultimately I love Sam and appreciate his perspective; however, it has been my experience that the more unattached a person becomes to an “I”, the looser their grip is on any one perspective. There is a seeming acknowledgement that any conclusion or understanding is at best provisional, and is not worth defending. Ideas become more like fun play things, rather than being “true”. Sam’s grip is strong as iron on his intellectual perspectives. He seems to take his deeply reasoned viewpoints as being true, so long as they can be defended. It just so happens that he is a human dictionary, and can linguistically decimate any opponent. This creates a difficult position for him, where he is trapped in his intellectual superiority, and confuses his detailed mind map for the actual terrain.
I had to stop the video to comment this: Erick, once you die, the Erick in you will be a tiny part of your soul, that has been reincarnating for ever. And that soul that is you that we don't know it's gender or name, is at the same time a tiny part of God or the whole creation's soul. On every reincarnation the soul which you part from grows a little bit.
