One of the things that I found funny, is the sign that states that the tax office has security cameras. - If they can't have cameras recording in the office, then they shouldn't have their own cameras in there. - ANYONE who has access to those videos could "see" some of the confidential paperwork. Hmmm... Are those videos public record? Hmmm, could an employee or contractor that has malicious intent use those as a way to exfiltrate information/data? They sure could (and in other towns/states/businesses, have done EXACTLY that.).
On the Sherriff Departments website, they have a section that states their CODE OF ETHICS....
Code of Ethics, Paragraph 1: As a Law Enforcement Officer, my fundamental duty is to serve mankind; to safeguard lives and property; to protect the innocent against deception, the weak against oppression or intimidation, and the peaceful against violence or disorder; and to respect the Constitutional rights of all men to liberty, equality, and justice.
Comment: Within 30 seconds of encountering a citizen, "Officer" McCabe oppresses the citizen, intimidates the citizen, uses violence against the citizen, is disorderly against the citizen, violates the citizens Constitutional Rights, and deprives the citizen of liberty and justice.
Code of Ethics, Paragraph 2: I will keep my private life unsullied as an example to all; maintain courageous calm in the face of danger, scorn, or ridicule; develop self-restraint; and be constantly mindful of the welfare of others. Honest in thought and deed in both my personal and official life, I will be exemplary in obeying the laws of the land and the regulations of my Office. Comment: He demonstrates a lack of calmness or self-restraint, and certainly wasn't mindful of the welfare of the citizen he assaulted/battered. He also fails to obey the law and Constitution, and chooses to break the law, by the means and methods mentioned above.

Without compromise for crime and with relentless prosecution of criminals, I will enforce the law courteously and appropriately without fear or favor, malice, or ill will, never employing unnecessary force or violence and never accepting gratuities.
Comment: He clearly allows his personal feelings, and the influences of his friends at city hall to influence his decisions, as he attacks a citizen that is acting lawfully. Further, he exhibits no courtesy nor enforcement of the law, but rather uses fear, malice, and violence against a citizen who hasn't broken any law.
Code of Ethics, Paragraph 4: I recognize the badge of my office as a symbol of public faith, and I accept it as a public trust to be held so long as I am true to the ethics of LAW ENFORCEMENT service. I will constantly strive to achieve these objectives and ideals, dedicating myself before God to my chosen profession…law enforcement.
Comment: The last paragraph pretty much is a reaffirmation that an officer will uphold the Code of Ethics. For McCade, this paragraph means nothing, because he has demonstrated that the other other paragraphs mean nothing to him.
In addition, I don't see this "Officers" name listed on the Sherriff website, yet he identified himself as a member of the Sheriffs Office.

After visiting the public libraries, town/city halls, and post offices in several places in rural Ohio without incident, THIS town decided to have an issue. I have no reason to harass. @@CarThief_News We had a settlement here in Dallas back in 2019. The person arrested was a stringer for the Dallas Observer. Was arrested by a transit officer. The arrest was for interfering but the settlement was for falsified paperwork. But all auditors in this area that have been arrested have also been convicted. I think that longest sentence was 5 years. Something about elementary school children. Ft. Worth if I remember...... Lots of convictions. Few lawsuits won......LOL Stay safe

2.
I do not waive my 1st, 4th, and 5th amendment rights
3.
I am not resisting.
Say each multiple times at the appropriate time.
Take care. Have a security plan. Let someone know your plans.
Do not film on your primary phone. Phones and cameras are regularly seized and held for no reason other than to hassle the auditor. Any equipment seized by the popo may be infected with malware and tracking software.
Back up your videos off site.
