If you're riding dirt and you're not taking the occasional dirt nap you just need to try harder. ;-) I tend to get out of shape once every few thousand miles... on my TAT tour(rode it in 19 days) that equated to 3 wrong side up's over the 7000 miles (hit a cow, rut in deep silt, trying to back up on a very steep climb on Engineer Pass).

Oh yah, it happens. I'm just glad he was OK. You hit a cow? We were told that in Utah, if we hit a cow on an "open range" we would be charged for the damages to the cow. I hadn't heard that before.

What selfie stick are you using for your 360 camera?

Just the Insta selfie stick. But I taped the joints together so it doesn't slide down on the bumps.

Totally the wrong type of bike for that kind of riding. My Suzuki DR650 with Progressive Suspension would be perfect for that. No ABS, no need for ABS.

How would your DR650 do on the 20 hours of interstate to get there? Ian actually has a DR650 at home, yes it would have been nicer on the gravel, but there's a lot of Interstate to get there. His Vstrom was doing just fine, he just hit neutral instead of 1st. It happens.
