Capone was born and raised in Brooklyn, NYC. He was already with gangsters in New York, before coming to Chicago. Plus, the Irish gangsters were already running Chicago way before Capone got there

I’m from Illinois and done time here and there is no Prison in Springfield.... The DOC head office and all the Admin people are there because that’s our capitol. But I was Surprised when he said that. I mean... Who forgets where they did their first bit at?

Not me. I've grown up on both sides of the border equally. I can talk and relate to Chicanos here in the US without an issue. All my homies from highschool here in Cali are Sureños or Paisas (either nationals or second generation Mexican non affiliates). In Mexico, only my immediate neighbors know that I am American born but everyone else thinks I'm Mexican. I speak perfect Spanish and English with no accent whatsoever. So I blend in perfectly. Either way I identify as Mexican since that is where my roots are.
