Start at 20 second holds per position with half of it being a hold and then half of it being movements back and forth, side to side, and circles.
Squat hold x 10 seconds + 5 of each: side to side, circle right, circle left
Lower level squat hold x 10 seconds + 5 of each: side to side, circle right, circle left
Lower level squat hold x 10 seconds + 5 of each: side to side, circle right, circle left
10 body weight squats
Squat hold with arms swaying between legs x 10 seconds + 5 of each: side to side, circle right, circle left
10 body weight squats
Sumo squat hold with elbows between knees x 10 seconds + 5 of each: side to side, circle right, circle left
10 body weight squats
Three way calf raises x 25 each position
