Thank you so much! I always wanted to live in her house, didn't actually care much about the characters but I loved the pink house and the world they lived in :)
My family LOVES Abney and Teal. We still do. It was my favourite out of the Bedtime Hour. There’s an episode called The Summerhouse where Abney builds a summerhouse on the dock of their island and him and Teal end up floating to another island when they fall asleep. Still thinking that they’re still on their island, they go back to their home to find their tree shrunk and home gone. Abney then hilariously goes in a panic-filled rant and starts running around going “My house is gone! My house, my house!”. That bit sent me, and mostly my dad, to pieces. He still talks about it to this day whenever someone brings the show up. 😂

I remember when I was obsessed with CBeebies a very very long time ago my parents told me that I had remembered every octonaught name and sung the theme song every time it came on ever since then I can only remember captain barnacles and shellington the otter. Good nostalgia.
2:35 this show was the reason my brother and I always ate porridge. I never thought I'd hear about it again. This whole tier list is so nostalgic. So many unlocked memories.
I actually forgot the name of the series and up until the age of 15 I was convinced it was something I imagined myself, all I remembered about the series is that the characters were obsessed with porridge and they lived on an island. Then I ended up seeing the theme song on a playlist and all these nostalgic memories of the series came rushing through my brain 🤣
@@pinapologist101 I remembered the name of the show and the plot separately and just thought they were different shows, only now I realise they're the same 🥲
This brought back so much nostalgia. Thank you. When i was growing up in 2015, Mr tumble carried everything. He was one of the undisputed goats. That show where the two people lived on some random english island obsessed with porridge, i remember that. Dip Dap went hard. I liked the simplicity but lowkey relatablility of the show. Gigglebiz is like #3 on my list, How can you not love this. Hey duggee wasnt too high, but a good watch nonetheless. I watched an obscure one that wasnt on the list called sarah and duck, about a girl and her duck adventuring on sidequests (like the whole show was basically sidequesting) and the narrator was memorable. For my #2 spot i have Go Jetters. Weird, i know, but man, they had the goofy covers of songs, the overall concept was great, and cmon the christmas special was amazing Anyway makapaka was the greatest man in fiction. all hail makapaka in the night garden is #1 to nobodys shock SCREW BING I HATE BING BING IS SATAN HIMSELF I HATE HIS ADOPTIVE ORANGE SOCK PUPPET FATHER FIGURE SCREW THIS ANNOYING, WHINY RABBIT IN PATICULAR *BURN IN HELL, B I N G*
Fireman Sam was on Cbeebies back in the 2000s (the first three seasons included) But the CGI series wasn't on Cbeebies however And LazyTown was brought over to Cbeebies in 2006. So back in the day, it would air on both Nick Jr. And Cbeebies everyday And seeing all of the OG Cbeebies show being in never watched is making me feel like a fossil
The generational disconnect of about 8 years, completely changed what you grow up with. I don't know what half of these are. I just about remember Andy Pandy, it was similar to Noddy I believe and both of which have been rebooted several times and starting in the 50s as puppet shows. Brum was also really good.
This resurfaced a lot of memories. I'll just list a few of the shows I quite enjoyed when I was younger. Certainly my favourite was 'Do you know?' I don't remember if that was a Cbeebies show or not though. It was quite educational and is still a pretty good watch, even now when I'm older. I don't really remember anything that cringy about the show looking back, aside from it was incredibly educational, and was good at keeping things technical, but still comprehensive enough to understand it. The only cringy thing I can remember from it is the childs voice at the start of each animated segment showing the innerworkings of whatever it was, aside from that it was pretty good. Up there was Topsy and Tim. Again another one I occasionally still go and watch. It was very grounded, and I think the realistic take they decided to go with was quite a refreshing take, especially comparing it to a lot of the other shows. I never personally read the original books, but I assume the realistic take comes from there. For the most part the only things I really found incredibly cringey on my last rewatch was the memory game at the end of every Series 1 Episode. There some others I quite enjoyed as well. (Mr. Tumble, the one with I think the same actor for Mr. Tumble and he'd constantly be switching characters, there was the game show on that pirate ship, Duggie, Bing, James something, yeah it is a lot of memories.) The rest I don't remember much of. I do remember Melody, the one with Bernard Cribbins, and a few others. Although not much.
Congratulations, @JosephLeonardMcGregor, your video has gone to top space of my "Nostalgiaish Things playlist" because I feel like it has so many funny things in it. (And just some stuff that I want to timestamp because I agree with you sometimes) 1:01 I'm gonna.. listen to the theme song again, because I definitely...wanna jam to this. (I agree, I'll listen to that over stuff like Taylor Swift. 1:21 And one who is.. incredibly FAT. 1:33 There's a crocodile eating a Tortoise's butt. 1:37 He (the little crocodile) was a little knob head as well. 2:49 Fat scotch egg looking guy (Bop) 2:57 OH MY GOD IT'S NEEP 3:02 Is Neep..a turnip or something? (Yes) 3:25 The Cong-Congs (actually the Poc-Pocs) 3:29 TOBY DOG!!! 3:40 [WEIRD ACCORDION SOUND] 6:18 A 30 minute episode compla.. compilatio..compa.. compilation. 6:49 She was weird, she just ate peas. This is autism. 7:14 (when refering to the fact that a 5 year old can understand a baby) No you can't, you weird child. 7:52 These dons owned a shop. But they weren't very important to the story. (I agree, the only major role they sometimes had was appearing on weekend (or, play days as the show called it) episodes.) 13:10 I agree with you that reboots just get worse than the OG show, because in the show, both of the actors are always fake smiling, and it's not really down to earth/real life anymore! That was the charm about the original! 16:33 (After saying he doesn't remember the theme) No, I DO remember, Giggley Park! 20:02 I remember this guy though, and his little car. 20:45 So does this tree, because he looks at them like "ha ha..kids." 21:30 Spot on impression there. 23:23 YAR. 23:50 D.I.Y Dan's a whole vibe. 27:21 Cursed shot right there. 31:08 Every time I saw this..I was sad for some reason. 33:00 They travel around on a stage..and the bugs come out and does back flips, and they go somewhere, and says "How do you say [Thing] in [Native language]?" Anyway, I bet you should do a few more videos on Cbeebies, like rating the other shows, and watching/rewatching the shows on this list, as it seems to get more views.

Memories unlocked
Dc pfp spotted in the wild
I actually forgot the name of the series and up until the age of 15 I was convinced it was something I imagined myself, all I remembered about the series is that the characters were obsessed with porridge and they lived on an island. Then I ended up seeing the theme song on a playlist and all these nostalgic memories of the series came rushing through my brain 🤣
@@pinapologist101 BFDI pfp spotted in the wild
Weird, i know, but man, they had the goofy covers of songs, the overall concept was great, and cmon the christmas special was amazing
Anyway makapaka was the greatest man in fiction. all hail makapaka in the night garden is #1 to nobodys shock
SCREW BING
I HATE BING
BING IS SATAN HIMSELF
I HATE HIS ADOPTIVE ORANGE SOCK PUPPET FATHER FIGURE
SCREW THIS ANNOYING, WHINY RABBIT IN PATICULAR
*BURN IN HELL, B I N G*
Fireman Sam was on Cbeebies back in the 2000s (the first three seasons included)
But the CGI series wasn't on Cbeebies however
And LazyTown was brought over to Cbeebies in 2006. So back in the day, it would air on both Nick Jr. And Cbeebies everyday
And seeing all of the OG Cbeebies show being in never watched is making me feel like a fossil
WOW You’ve unlocked so many memories for me today!
The generational disconnect of about 8 years, completely changed what you grow up with. I don't know what half of these are.
I just about remember Andy Pandy, it was similar to Noddy I believe and both of which have been rebooted several times and starting in the 50s as puppet shows. Brum was also really good.
2:10 Based. Seriously, I feel like I’m the only one who remembers this show.
I guess we can create a fandom around this!
Abney and teal are elite
@@JosephLeonardMcGregor agreed
Count me in as the third Abney and Teal fandom member 🔥🔥🔥
I loved this show!!
Love this show so much
Him: numberblocks
Meanwhile what he’s putting his cursor on: alphablocks
Cant believe you never watched the fimbles!!! The goats
Tumble and he'd constantly be switching characters, there was the game show on that pirate ship, Duggie, Bing, James something, yeah it is a lot of memories.)
The rest I don't remember much of. I do remember Melody, the one with Bernard Cribbins, and a few others. Although not much.
This is literally what I watched up until I was about 6 or 7. Legendary times.
No one’s ever made a vid like this and i respect that +1 sub
Honestly, Gigglebiz felt like a kids version of Monty Python's Flying Circus lol
That brought back, so many memories
Less than 2 minutes in and you’ve already convinced me to binge as much of Abney and Teal tomorrow as humanly possible
Not before watching my video on it of course!
Neep is a chad
Congratulations, @JosephLeonardMcGregor, your video has gone to top space of my "Nostalgiaish Things playlist" because I feel like it has so many funny things in it. (And just some stuff that I want to timestamp because I agree with you sometimes)
1:01 I'm gonna.. listen to the theme song again, because I definitely...wanna jam to this. (I agree, I'll listen to that over stuff like Taylor Swift.
1:21 And one who is.. incredibly FAT.
1:33 There's a crocodile eating a Tortoise's butt.
1:37 He (the little crocodile) was a little knob head as well.
2:49 Fat scotch egg looking guy (Bop)
2:57 OH MY GOD IT'S NEEP
3:02 Is Neep..a turnip or something? (Yes)
3:25 The Cong-Congs (actually the Poc-Pocs)
3:29 TOBY DOG!!!
3:40 [WEIRD ACCORDION SOUND]
6:18 A 30 minute episode compla.. compilatio..compa.. compilation.
6:49 She was weird, she just ate peas. This is autism.
7:14 (when refering to the fact that a 5 year old can understand a baby) No you can't, you weird child.
7:52 These dons owned a shop. But they weren't very important to the story. (I agree, the only major role they sometimes had was appearing on weekend (or, play days as the show called it) episodes.)
13:10 I agree with you that reboots just get worse than the OG show, because in the show, both of the actors are always fake smiling, and it's not really down to earth/real life anymore! That was the charm about the original!
16:33 (After saying he doesn't remember the theme) No, I DO remember, Giggley Park!
20:02 I remember this guy though, and his little car.
20:45 So does this tree, because he looks at them like "ha ha..kids."
21:30 Spot on impression there.
23:23 YAR.
23:50 D.I.Y Dan's a whole vibe.
27:21 Cursed shot right there.
31:08 Every time I saw this..I was sad for some reason.
33:00 They travel around on a stage..and the bugs come out and does back flips, and they go somewhere, and says "How do you say [Thing] in [Native language]?"
Anyway, I bet you should do a few more videos on Cbeebies, like rating the other shows, and watching/rewatching the shows on this list, as it seems to get more views.
thanks for the love man!
Will you be tuning in to the part 2 premiere?
Of course!
I know it's not on the list, but I had a MASSIVE crush on Nina from Nina And The Neurons when I was a kid.
YOU PUT BLUEY IN S TIER WERE IT BELONGS! AND MAKE A VIDOE REVIEWING THE SHOW! You won’t regret it, love your list
It ain't og bro but it ain't bad either
BOB THE BUILDER CAN HE FIX IT! This theme went so hard
ngl Dip Dab is just a TV adaptation of Vib-Ribbon. both have two characters in a monochromatic void and having to deal with the bullshit the Line gives them
Sandra mean Dib Dab
This has unlocked so many memories. I forgot 90% of these existed.

It kills me knowing that so many of the ones you never heard of were absolute classics - Boogie Beebies, Clifford, Brum, Fimbles, Finley the Fire Engine, Green Balloon Club, Higgeldy House, Lunar Jim, Me Too 😭😭
Wait, me too? I swear I thought that was a fever dream of mine...
Who remembers timmy time 🥲
Final comment technically Fireman Sam is a Cbeebies show but they only aired the 5th series back in the day for some reason.
Strange???
Ohhhh ok thanks
Omd this brought back memories especially Everything Rosie. Also where is lazy town unless it was in the vid and I missed it
Ok! I was expecting myself to get nostalgic. BUT NOT THIS NOSTALGIC!!! By the way, Abney and Teal was absolutely fire 🔥
