So you’ll have to do it in steps . Going from red to blonde is going to be harsh . So I recommend using a neutral color (green based or N) to tone it . Then try again later

In my honest opinion you need to rinse it everyday she leave conditioner in it . That’s the only way . Also are you using a swimming cap ?
