Thank you very much.. just fixed mine.... wasn't pressure sensor switch.. but the filter.. but gave me a direction to go.. live in the country and forgot I need to clean that out every so often... this was very helpful...

my centennial maytag washer as a code F7E6 and F7E5 which is motor and Actuator problem, I did test and calibration ,but is not working. i start the washer but it was stop on sensing and lid lock solid light. the water does not coming out , but during the calibration mode the water is working.do you think main control board is the problem? please help if you can make a video for this repair

Just p!sses me off the first sensor letter starts with" F".washer is a pain in the wet off F towel! SO I panicked and thru it all in the tub till I could get a fresh cup of coffee and UA-cam it...thanks not a bad explanation...of a technical go nad wet towel in the machine.

Did I miss the link for the codes?
That be 4 bits of binary. 0-F in Hexadecimal. 1's, 2's, 4s and 8,s be the places in binary (like decimal's 1's, 10,s and 100's). Since there is no numeric display, this is (at least from an electronics/controls perspective) the easiest and best way output such codes. Most washers don't even have codes IIRC, so at least there is some form of diagnostics.
My locking lid light goes off and on. And won't spin with a hevy load . Am I needing to replace the , circuit board

can't get my Maytag to go into test mode...the motor rum constantly...no lites showing...possibly Control Module??? Its about two years old...

F7E6, F5E1, F9E1, F7E5.......motor fault, basket speed sensor fault, taking to long to drain, shifter fault.
I have replaced the motor/actuator within the past 6 months (synchronous motor ac 120v 60Hz 4W/49tyz-110/KT-155052.1_rev012), but I never ran the code diagnostic. I just reset it after placing the new part on. Could it be the same part gone bad? or can I take it off and just put it back on like a reset? Maybe throw it out the window??
Similar issue to what i have. Were you able to fix your washer?
I was able to get it into diagnostic mode but the lid lock is still flashing red along with a few other codes
What would the code for the sensing and wash then it goes to the done light I thought it would be F8,E1 but I can figure it out
Error F8E1 = Centennial washer pressure sensor thinks it is not filling or is taking too long to fill with water.
Why did we get motor fault error code when the washer is completely fine and the motor works well?
This is very confusing, where do I get these codes?
