By the way try doing a FF with the otto's getting out around 10 jannies with 2 cannons at 7:30 it can be a devastating timing attack!

great it's a wonderful strat especially strong against civs that have nothing but cavalry against artilery!
be sure to protect those 2 cannons with your life.

Soooo good video! I didn't even expect that end! But yes, revolution was a great choice. :D Colonial militia actualy is a ranged counter against cavalry. :D
Can I just give you an advice? Use upgrades and arsenal, please. Did you see how good were your skirms? Now imagine them with the arsenal upgrade and add the fact, that you could have the needlegunners! :D

I started playing aoe3 again after a few years level 5 atm. I play lots of Japan but wondering what is a simillar country to play that has no hunting involved? And anny other tips on witch country to play?

so one tip samurai, u should always try yo counter the units(you were ramming war wagons into abus which are heavy counters to ranged cav), build an arsenal and ALT+Y lets u click in a location and it will send all your military over there

Shinji get in the damn robot Team games and playing higher ranked opponents!
This match has it all:
You learn that it's possible to hide all your villagers from Uhlan raids
You learn that you need to scout your part of the map so you don't miss hunts and coin mines
You learn that you can overcome bad hunts
you learn that a good placed fort is insane
you learn that age3 unit cards could save you bacon
you learn that you can save your economy by fishing
you learn that the game is not lost when you lose your base
you learn that revolting at the right time can be amazing
you learn that being a motivating teammate is key
this is the first year of aoe3 college right here

Could someone explain to me why both of them could revolt? The wiki says only one player in a match can revolt
Maybe it meant to say u can only revolt with one politician for once cause ur ally can also revolt

if orange attacked you with mortars you would be done, plus construct more military buildings in order to produce a faster counter attack army

how to counter dragoons, which units are good vs them? I used streelets and oprichincs vs them and i got raped, did i fuck something or dragoons counter them?

so they're weak vs ranged infantry like skirms and streelets? what about musks,xbows and lbow?
DannnyS DennyS longbowmen and xbow are like strelets, so yea they counter cost-effectively. Musks and other heavy infantey (hand infantry and musks) counter dragoons only when able to hit them with hand. Often dragoons will hit and run heavy infantry

stepan12 Actually it's the opposite. Japan's economy at the start is slow, but they have one of the best militaries. Britain has a good early economy because of the houses that make villagers!

2) when you are age IV, click the R age up instead of age V. The R age up will cost 1000 food 1000 wood and 1000 coin.
