I say the Rosary everyday, but the past couple of days I fell asleep. I went to Adoration this morning and prayed and felt a sense of peace and hope again within myself. To anyone reading this, please don't ever feel discouraged about saying the Rosary. Even if you miss a day or fall asleep, try again! :) Our Lady is always waiting to bring your prayers to Her Son Jesus...
If you fall asleep praying the Rosary, your Guardian Angel will finish it for you. 😇🙏🏼📿

Beautiful. Remember if you ever do get discouraged or you feel that you’re not getting consolation from rosaries or any prayer of that matter, that God is testing you to see if you will persevere. Our Lord wants you to pray not because of the feeling you get, but just from pure love. Prayer life can feel like a roller coaster as long as the cart keeps moving you are getting closer to God.

At around midnight 1 pm my 4 yr old had high fever with chills. By grace of Mother Mary my wife noticed while changing the nappies. The fever didn't come down even after giving medicines. At 5:30 am she called me and told me his condition. I immediately decided to pray the Rosary for my child and all children of the world suffering from fever, kneeling down with arms raised in petition to our Mother Mary. I prayed 3 mysteries and with the divine intervention of Mother Mary he recovered fully after 3 hours. Now I definitely know Mother interceded and heard my prayer.
I have decided to pray more and more Rosaries for all the needs for myself, my family and others.
I pray the full rosary for almost a year now and I feel like I can not skip a day without praying it. It helped me avoid my past habitual sin. Praise be to God.

I do too. All 20 mysteries per day. I also now can't live without it.

My patron saint is Padre Pio. As I begin each Rosary prayer, I ask him, my guardian angel, St. Joseph and St. John the Evangelist, and finally all the saints and angels to intercede for me if I fall asleep during the prayer or if I become preoccupied with earthly things and distract from the prayer or if demonic thoughts come, I request them to correct and complete my shortcomings and mistakes. Thus, I pray with peace of mind, knowing that the saints and angels are working. If you have similar problems, I recommend you do this. God bless you all✝️❤️

It is something that happens to me also, I have come to realize that when that happens, putting off the rosary to latter, or any other distraction to procrastinate, I am aware that it is the devil’s that is influencing my decision and therefore I sometime force myself to pray the rosary. Once I start I feel the peace and calmness come over me and my heart smiles…
It is the work of the devil. Fight the good fight! The Blessed Daughter of the Father will help you and lead you to His Beloved Son.

5 times in honour of the 5 wounds of Jesus I did this since my conversion Our Mother adores Him and thanks Him for me. God has always helpped me through her no matter what I get strength and protection and when I feel like I cant do it anymore I get strength from either a friend to encourage me. My family has peace our home should be a trainwreck due to the attack on families being constant not to mention down the street our neighbor has demon statues on his lawn (super creepy house). But we are a domestic church our home in enthroned with Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

What kind of statues? You mead devil worship.
There is this house a couple blocks from me that is into devil worship as well, and you NEVER EV#R see anyone coming out of it and it has huge trees and bushes messy and weirdly growing around the "house" and camper. I make the Sign of the Cross each time I pass by.
I feel intense peace everytime I finish the rosary. My mind is sharp and clear, my heatbeat is steady, and my heart is open. I love you Mary 💖

Father, I say the rosary mysteries of the day and a couple of years ago I decided to dedicate the sorrowful mysteries to the Blessed Mother daily for her intentions. WOW is all I can say!! Heaven was Very pleased with my little extra. I am grateful and thankful to whomever gave me the inspiration. 🙏🏻❤

Padre Pio said the Holy Rosary is the weapon for the 21st Century. He is so right in this. If you turn your Rosary up side down the beads form a ladder to Jesus on the Cross, in other words...the Holy Rosary is a ladder to Jesus. A young priest thought me this ...🙏

Me too! I had heard in the past from others about praying the while rosary, but it's Gabi After Hours that really encouraged me to try it! I've been doing this now for weeks! I'm not always successful but it's in the forefront of my mind from the moment I awake until I head off to sleep. I believe I've been blessed with many graces as a result.
Fr. Goring, the storms are everywhere; in our governments, culture, Holy Mother Church, families, and even mind storms. It seems only Jesus can give us peace and fastest way to Him is Our Lady, Queen of Heaven and Earth. Thank you Father for your devotion ❤️
Amen the election has been occupying my mind I can't wait until it is over. I turned everything off for lent and spent my time on my faith and the election has distracted me. Scary times indeed that I could never have dreamt about. Yes, the mind storms have been terrible. Especially, when I hear others worry. God bless! Perhaps, I need to limit my time on world things.

I set my alarm 6:35am, no matter how tired I am I mumble the rosary in my head, even when i mess up I still try and pray it. By 7am I am fully awake and will pray while i brush my teeth wash face, put clothes on, I pray while I am driving to morning mass. I've learn to pray every opportunity I get sometimes in silence, sometimes while doing things but I will always try to squeeze in 12 to 24. Padre Pio was my inspiration. My goal was to be a Hail Maryonaire.

There have been several times that I knew the Lord’s will and asked Him for it repeatedly in my clumsy way but only saw fruit when I finally asked Our Lady. Our prayers are good, but hers are so much better that I can’t imagine a spiritual life without her help and guidance!
We should unite and do a rosary chain. So many commit to an hour until we reach 1000. ❤️🌹📿

But us, 'The Catholics' have a very, very, long history of the painful spirit of 'favoritism' and 'division', which is why our church has split into 250 plus sects during the last 2000 years, and I don't see it getting better any time soon...Im not saying the following religions are better or superior, but I must admit I envy the unity of the Hebrews, The Eastern Orthodox, and the Muslims...when will we ever learn to stop being so self righteous and arrogant?...

I'm all messed up. I pray all day while going to work, while working, on the way home etc...I feel like it helps keep my thoughts pure and keeps me out of trouble.

Thank you Fr. Goring for your teaching. I Actually can relate To the feeling of a presence that is obstructing my path in calling to saying of the rosary. Similarly, to to my calling of persistent praying I often am committed but for some reason I just get extremely lazy right at here moments. It's like My heart is full of Passion to pray but my body will not allow it to and I can feel the struggle daily. Saint padre Pio, is 100% correct in and preaching that satan wants to destroy this prayer. When I get ready to say a rosary I swear sometimes the distractions come out in big numbers. Stay steadfast and be strong. Please pray for me and I will pray for all of you. God bless.
It's a commitment. I'm blessed with solitude in my job and so I'm able to pray at anytime all day. I've made it my "job" to work my way through 20 decades 5 days a week. Fr. Corapi preached this very well, 'you don't feel like praying? Tough, do it anyway'. Sometimes it is a struggle but through perseverance you will strengthen your resolve and it will become easier and deeper prayer. But as you are realizing there is a definite evil force coercing you to not pray. Fight the good fight!

I started praying the rosary using my fingers because I didn't own a rosary..through the years, ppl either gave them or I found them at church. I started saying one rosary..now I pray 3 or more but mostly 3 a day. I can't spend a day without praying it

Padre Pio’s devotion to Our Lady is amazing. I love the story of when he had been physically brutalized by Satan and was left nearly dead on the floor of his cell.
When he was found, his room was torn apart and he had visible injuries. However, a pillow was under his head even though he was on the floor. When he was asked who put the pillow there, he said Our Lady had come to comfort him and did that. SO beautiful!

I used to think its not possible for us to pray even one Rosary a day especially on 'busy' days. But for more than a year now (since work/school is online) we (my family) pray a minimum of 3 Rosaries daily. And what a weapon it is!!!!

One great book I read is “Champions of the Rosary” by Fr. Don Calloway, MIC. He has researched very thoroughly the history of the Rosary. Satan does his best to destroy it, but he never will. Jesus and Our Lady will triumph in the end.

As a child I always saw my gramma with a rosary in her hand and always went to daily Mass. I was away from the Church for 25 years and when I came back 20 years ago it was the Mass and the rosary I turned to. I’m in my 70s and I attend daily Mass and pray full rosary at least once every day. In these times we’re going through I find myself with my rosary in my hand all the time. I guess my gramma’s influence is still there. For me, there’s no better prayer than the rosary and of course the Mass. Thank you Fr. Goring for all you do for us. God bless you! 🛐🙏😇

I pray at least one five decade Rosary a day. Very powerful and lots of blessings. I was also encouraged to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily too. Also very powerful. Of course Mass and Sacraments are first. Reading Scripture daily. I also do 7 Hail Marys honoring the 7 Sorrows of Mary
For me it was also one five decade Rosary and a Divine Mercy Chaplet a day for a long time. I can't pray more of the Rosary yet as I struggle with it (and somewhat with all prayer) and not felt it love with it so far I must admit (but I make sure to do it for our Mother) and the five decades take me about 45 minutes, really :) But I was able to bring it recently to three Divine Mercy Chaplets. I don't make hard "intentions" as I leave it on the Lord how He wants to apply His mercy and the prayer itself contain intentions in them, but I do have three "areas" in mind for each of them - conversion, reparation and earthly things - current or future sufferings/problems.
Scripture reading too and some other shorter prayers - I'd mention Allegiance Prayer from Directions For Our Times - highly recommended.
@@lumpichu so I used to struggle as well mainly because I am doing it by myself, but I found some UA-cam channels that do the rosary daily and that has been a game changer for me, maybe it is an idea for you?

And because English is not my mother tongue, I don't want to pray in it predominantly, even when there are no problems with understanding. I'll think about it.

I’m sorry i wrote in my comment the other day that Papà Pio prayed 20 Rosaries every day, that wasn’t quite exact😊...so i looked it up again in the writtings from Don Pierino Galeone about Padre Pio....Padre Pio once told him that he prayed 15-20 Rosaries daily.
Don Pierino Galeone knew Padre Pio well, he first met him in 1947 when he was a young Seminarian with tuberculosis of the lungs and Padre Pio healed him.
After this Don Pierino was a close Son of Padre Pio, he was able to witness and experience our Crucified Jesus work in him in so many wonderful ways.
Don Pierino is still alive today, he’s 94 years old he lives in Italy and is the founder of the Secular Institute “the Servants of Suffering”, as Padre Pio fortold he would be called to found.
My Spiritual Director is a Servant of Suffering and translates the daily words and homilies from Don Pierino for us, his words are filled with the Holy Spirit they pierce right through the soul, he is truly a living Saint of our times.

St.Dominic used to say the 5 decade Rosary is for children, the Psalter(The 15 decades) is for Adults...but now we can even go further and pray the Luminous decades.

I love Padre Pio. He's one of the Priest I ask to intercede for me.I can also relate to his passion of praying the rosary 5 times a day.It's how the Holy spirit pulls you to get to know the Trinity more ( I used to do the same number of Rosaries , sometimes 7 , the first 3 years of my spiritual journey, but decreased them to two and 1 Holy Angelus due to work schedule)
Jesus is like a magnet and once he wants to call your attention towards him, you can not say no/not resists that magnetic force from him.

Padre Pio was glorious. The goal of all of us should to abide in the Spirit all day every day. Prayer is a line of communication to the divine as imperative in one’s life as breathing. The more you pray the more natural it becomes. It is not about rumination but a discerning thoughtful and grateful discourse with our God. God bless you all.

I have heard He prayed up until 60 times a day and why not? He knew what we all are facing. We walk with them and say the Rosary on the streets. Those little son of a guns don't bother us anymore, they use to before I carried the Weapon. Don't like to go anywhere without it now. I believe special Angels walk with you when you say it and so the other side will RUN from it. Seen them cross the street then be near it. Blessed Mother we owe You so much, because You said yes, because You took care of the Most Holy, because You still have our backs. {Make sure the Rosary is Blessed}

This way was good enough for the saints like St. Padre Pio and St. Martin De Porres then who am I to change perfection. Just read the story about St. Martin what a humble, charitable, beautiful soul.

St Padre Pio had the gift to always be praying. I've started reading a few books about him with excerpts from people who knew him or at least met him. One of the books I remember I had a quote from Padre Pio and it went something like this "my Superior asked me how many rosaries I had said that day. Well I can't lie to my Superior. I said 37" I love St Padre Pio and I think if him a bit like my grandfather. I go to him when I have a problem, and I ask him to pray the Rosary with me . I also ask my guardian angel, my patron saint, and saints who help with certain sins that Im struggling with at the time. But I would like to recommend asking Fr. Patrick Peyton to pray with you as well. He was known as the Rosary Priest, and before his death he wrote a booklet for praying the Rosary, especially for families. He also started the little saying "the family that prays together stays together" I really enjoyed the booklet, and my family used it to pray with almost every night. It uses scripture and has a long version and a short version in the book :) I believe it's just called Praying the Rosary. ❤️💙💛 Hail Mary, Most Pure, conceived without sin! Very true. The devil always tries to attack my mind whilst praying the Rosary. I get a perverse sense of victory knowing he hates it so much.

I find that people say St padre Pio,because it’s uncomfortable to take out the padre word so it becomes St Pio. I struggled with this for sometime until I got used to saying St Pio,and now saying St padre Pio,is ironically uncomfortable. It’s like saying St sister Faustina!
There’s a story that because St Pio,or as he was padre Pio,said so many Rosaries that he actually wore the beads down and once Our Lady said to him from now on just say Jesus Mary and that will replace the Hail Mary. He could apparently say the holy Rosary while in conversation-wow that’s amazing! St Pio pray for us. St Michael Archangel pray for us. St Joseph pray for us. Immaculate Heart of Mary pray for us. God bless. Praise Jesus and Mary always!!! Ps I’d love to go back to San Giovanni one day. Ironically I’d like to be at Garabandal when the sign is left.

Distracted prayer is all some of us may ever achieve. Apologize for your brokenness and keep praying. I often pause and beg pardon for my wandering thoughts. The Father knows our hearts and wills. He rewards us for our efforts not just for our success. All prayer we 'give' to the Father is an invitation from Him to start with since we are capable of nothing on our own behalf. Respond to His call and He will draw you closer.
I'm always apologising too during my rosary for being distracted...I say "oops sorry Mary, bear with me my mind is wondering again"

The Holy Spirit has been working on me to be attentive to my posture when I pray, so for me it is not leaning on anything when I kneel, no slouching and looking upward to heaven even when my eyes are closed. I say this, humbly, as someone who has been given the wonderful gift of the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit who burns my left foot as a way to grab my attention. And when it comes to prayer the times he burns my foot is when I am not in good posture and when I'm not really focused on the prayers. And because he knows all he knows when I get in good posture to honor the LORD it is much harder for me to get distracted and much easier for me meditate on the mysteries. Let us all pray for one another to have a better, more fruitful prayer life. St Pio, pray for us!

Yes, the rosary is powerful. Satan hates it. All of my rosaries with metal links have broken.I can only use cord rosaries. The 54 day rosary Novena is powerful. Saying the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 am/ 3:00 pm is also meritorious. 🙏
