I know it is joke, but All Helldivers require 2 years alive as SEAF trooper, the one with 30 minutes training it SEAF trooper

@@gumikin8706literally the average Helldiver is an 18 year old with extreme patriotism spoonfed propaganda their entire life getting deployed with more ordnance than the US Military arsenal to do borderline suicide missions where survival to get somewhere like General Brash is the exception, we literally get less training than your average SEAF soldier which should speak volumes

oooooooh you know what would be sick? adrenaline. after doing afinisher on a weakened enemy and such itll give you temporary stamina and flinch resistance while risking the chance of breaking a limb.

Imagine a charger rushing a helldiver and they just grab its horn and flip it over them to crash it into the floor
Imagine giving a scavenger the old runt punt maneuver. Just pick it up like a football player about to make a field goal.

Not propaganda, but Helldivers' training should include more advanced melee combat techniques rather than simple weapon thrusts to make them truly elite soldiers. Someone warn the Ministry of Defense.
Let’s not forget that one punch from a regular helldiver can stagger bugs three times their size, crumple robots, and launch their allies ridiculously far given the right angle
Hmm and we can survive being directly hit by a rocket. We just get ragdolled and a second later we are straight up on our feet... we might be roided up as hell.
You'd be surprised what constantly breaking down your body and using stimulating -unsafe- rapid repair drugs will do to the body. They cure internal bleeding, limb damage, head trauma, blood loss, and stamina drain. There's gotta be some kind of -unforeseen-

The punch to the face may seem wierd, but considering the theory that there's a high chance it's human brain operating those cyborgs, it makes sense.
If it is the case, and especially if some were former Super Earth Citizens forcefully recruited and converted against their will.. at least it means putting them out of their misery..
Wouldn't we see blood from automatons if that were the case? You'd need blood to keep the brain healthy
@@ev5837 Not really. SciFi fiction often can have some replacement for blood - I even noticed this in some RPG game as obtainable augmentation.
Nice, Helldivers really needs some melee attacks and finishers. It is unbelievable such an elite soldier doesnt have any melee weapon to use.

My headcanon is that the Helldivers who have the Champion of the People Armor set are canonically trained for longer to be a more elite fighting force of Helldivers

The devs need to see this as this should be a staple in the game that people who don’t care about getting close would see. Don’t have any ammo in your weapons? Just go up and bash them and see a cool kill animation.
Ps I love how in one of the animations you can hear the Helldiver break his own hand to kill the robot

I always wanted to do stuff like this to those awful automatons now I can in my memories at least.
I still feel like they should've had backstab animations for sneaking behind Automatons/Terminids instead of rolling the alert dice by spamming the Melee button.
Some of these finishers give me arkham batman type vibes...

i always wanted a stealth finisher on enemies, that work on any small to medium sized enemy. Imagine having a stealth player tell you “Hold on a sec” and go in to stealth kill a Scout Strider, pulling the pilot out of the strider and taking control of it, beginning the assault on wherever
I would love to see this in game! These animations are great
Very crisp and smooth. I would only have one critique. In dead lift there is a beat after the helldiver doges the attacks where he is just standing there. its a small moment but it kills and then restarts the momentum in a strange way. Eagle kick has a similar moment, but it work because the bot is still reacting to the initial punch so there is still momentum.
This lowkey would be fire af for them to add, lets push this to em!
