I love the focus on how John himself was a witness to these events, and participated in them. It wasn't just a dream, it is as if John was brought briefly into the far distant future
Amen. Dec 30th 2021 I had my 2nd open vision of the rapture while standing towards the east praying for Israel. Sept 10th 2001 I had an open vision of a plane careening towards a crash. Lord? Is a plane gonna crash? I asked. Next day was 9/11. All that God has shown & spoken to me has come to pass with the exception of a couple 😌🙏🏽

At the rapture, the unbelievers will not see the Lord imo. It's only those who'll be caught up will see him. To the unbelievers, though, to them the rapture could be "the destruction that will come on them suddenly as labor pains on pregnant woman." When Jesus return to earth after the trib, then... Jude 1:14 "See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones 15 to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him." Revelation 1:7 "Look, he is coming with the clouds," and "every eye will see him, even those who pierced him"; and all peoples on earth "will mourn because of him." So shall it be! Amen.
I'm thankful for these prophetic teachers! Churches don't teach Revelations of the last days before the rapture and second coming of Jesus! People need to be ready and repent from sinful lifestyles!

God's Word says every eye shall see Him! Revelation 1:7. It will not be a secret rapture, but, a very visible one, at our Lord's second coming. When the first resurrection takes place, before our 1000 yrs. in heaven 🙏❤️ God bless!
The Rapture & 2nd Coming are 2 COMPLETELY different events! *When the Rapture takes place, ONLY the Christians will see Christ's return. The unsaved will only witness that the Christians disappeared, many not knowing what has happened. At the Rapture, Christ will gather us FROM THE CLOUDS! * At the 2nd Coming of Christ, Christ will come ALL the way down to Earth, his feet touching the Mount of Olives, & the Saints will come with Him, to Judge the Earth. When my people who are called by my name humble themselves and pray, I the Lord your God will heal your land. Sadly churches I know of (through friends at different ones) aren't praying about much at all. Everything is Covid and the vaccine just like the world. We have become proud and think we can fix it or some politician. Humility and obedience. Trust God.
It seems like all pre tribulation believers purposely don't mention Matt.24:29. That all those other scriptures that the pre tribulation believers use to prove pre tribulation will happen immediately after the tribulation. The trumpet and resurrection and rapture will be all on the last day immediately after the tribulation.

The rapture comes after the Tribulation. The AntiChrist and the Tribulation come first, then the second coming/rapture comes after. I’ve been studying prophecy for over 30 years, and that’s what the Bible says. And the sinners prayer doesn’t save.
I've been researching trying to get it right concerning the teaching of the rapture, and I agree with you. I love pastor Rogers, but it just doesn't fit. He's reading Thes, and others and it fits with Christ's coming AFTER antichrist is here.
The Rapture comes BEFORE the Tribulation!! We(the Christians) are NOT appointed to the Wrath of God!!! *At the Rapture, Jesus will gather the dead in Christ first, & then those that remain & are alive, shall be caught up with Him IN THE AIR(the clouds). *At His 2nd Coming, Christ will return to Earth, His feet literally touching the ground, the Mount of Olives. 2 COMPLETELY different events!!
it is "the resurrection", which jesus said over and over is "the last day". when mentioning the rapture of alive saints, he turned the scripture upside down, placing the living saints first, then mentioned the dead in Christ. "the dead rise first". let's call it what it is, this event is the resurrection. rapture, rapture, rapture. don't be deceived. Jesus comes once, to raise the dead and gather the elect, and that is at the last day. whoever is left behind faces the wrath of God.
Rapture or not, there be a second coming. Rapture is a dramatic description (thank you Left Behind series) and is a romantic thought, but there will be tumultuous times to go through, sure enough, and we may be nearing those times in 2024! Be ready!
My take from this hopeful message is to stay believing in, looking forward to, and ready for His return. When exactly He does is fine by me. Thanks for sharing. Basically, I trust He will be back when He will be back and pre-gather His elect to be waiting in the wings with Him and His angelic hosts shortly before then. The earliest rescue for His jew/gentile church (the bride) remains plausible yes, so I wont call this an extreme or deliberate false teaching. However I think it is incomplete in thorough detail potentially exactly to the flow of revelation. So for now I just note on the side that to remain aware of the signs of the times (before us already many a troubling shakeup of rapid changes and more than that, even a near future buildup toward the 1 beast system and its presentation of an antichrist hero); would include anticipating the Day of the Lord's approach will not be until that antichrist appears on the world stage. So we can keep watch out and remain holding on the way Daniel's 3 friends stood up in the face of their tribulation hour.. particularly in what they said just prior to surviving Nebuchadnezzar's furnace. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ for the payment of your sins and that is what makes a person RAPTURE READY! Once you place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior that died, was buried, and rose again on the third day then ALL your sins have been forgiven and you have eternal life.
I think the pastor takes it a little too far with the elders.. I read it as simply the Representatives or the patriarchs of the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 apostles.. we have our places in heaven but that just isn't one of them.
All the usual faulty arguments for a pre-trib 'rapture' of the church. Rev.4:1 does NOT describe the 'rapture'! John was taken to heaven only in spirit, not in a transformed body, and he didn't stay there, he returned to earth. The fact that the word 'ekklesia' (church) is not found in Rev. chaps. 4-18 is irrelevant. The church is not mentioned in 2 Timothy, Titus, 1 and 2 Peter, 2 John and Jude - does that mean it wasn't here when those letters were written?! Faithful disciples of Jesus, who testify, suffer and often die for him, are mentioned several times in Rev. chaps. 4-18, so obviously the church is still here! If those wonderful saints are not part of the church, then what are they? A false church? Or a second church? Will Jesus have two brides?! One minute, Adrian implies that the 'rapture' happens when Jesus returns, but later he claims they are two separate events! They are not! In 1 Thess.4:15, Paul says, "we who are left till THE coming of the Lord will be caught up to meet him in the air". - 'THE coming', definite article. There is never the slightest suggestion, in the N.T., of a two-stage return. The second coming is mentioned in almost every N.T. book, often several times, and most of them say "at THE coming of the Lord/the Son of Man", or "at his coming" - the one and only future coming of Jesus, NOT the first of two. The resurrection of believers happens "at his coming", which is immediately before the end, NOT 7 years before! It is “at the last trumpet” (1 Cor 15:20-24, 51-53), which is almost certainly the 7th trumpet of Rev.11. Voices in heaven cry, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah". That obviously does not happen until after the tribulation, so it has to be at Jesus' second coming. Four times, Jesus says believers will be 'raised up at the last day'! (John 6:39,40,44, 54) By definition, there can be only ONE last trumpet and ONE last day. The Bible never talks about a 'church age'. Jesus speaks only of “this age” and “the age to come” (Mt.12:32; Lk.18:29-30). Paul calls the present age “evil”, and Satan its god (Gal 1:4; 2 Cor 4:4). John says, “the whole world is under the control of the evil one” (1 Jn 5:19). Since Satan is permitted to retain that control throughout the tribulation, it is clearly part of “this present evil age”. Still-living saints will be raised up on the last day of this age, that is, at the end of the tribulation! The resurrection of believers happens "at his coming", which is immediately before the end, NOT 7 years before! It is “at the last trumpet” (1 Cor 15:20-24, 51-53), which is almost certainly the 7th trumpet of Rev.11. Voices in heaven cry, "The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Messiah". That obviously does not happen until after the tribulation, so it has to be at Jesus' second coming. This is confirmed by the parable of the wheat and tares (weeds). Jesus says, "the harvest is the END OF THE AGE, and the harvesters are the angels", who FIRST pull up the weeds ('the sons of the evil one') and throw them into the fire; and then gather the wheat ('the sons of the kingdom') into the barn (Matt. 13:24-30, 36-43). A pre-trib 'rapture' would reverse that order. Please don't be taken in by this false hope of escaping the tribulation. Shortly before he was arrested, Jesus warned his disciples, “In this world you will have trouble (tribulation); but take heart! I have overcome the world”. He then prayed: “My prayer is NOT that you take them out of the world, but that you protect them from the evil one.” (Jn 16:33; 17:15). Do you seriously believe the Father will do something his Son specifically asked him not to do, and take the Church out of the world? Only moments before, Jesus had declared that he and the Father are one! That false doctrine of a secret rapture will leave men holding their bellies like a woman in labor and great pain because of the despair of not being raptured and losing all hope because they believed the lie! I'm very thankful the fourth commandment said to REMEMBER because the antichrist pope changed time (gregorian calendar) and law (Sabbath to Sunday) yet Jesus never once in 40 days after resurrection said to do! I believe Jesus and not some pedo who claims to be God! Weird how they worship the pope yet murdered Jesus!

Since the foundation of the Church, is made up of the 12 apostles and 12 prophets, with Jesus as the chief cornerstone, might not the 24 elders be them, they are called elders~? Just throwin' that out there~!
Where in scripture did Jesus state he would return secretly or return two more times? What part of " WHEN THE LORD HIMSELF DESCENDS FROM HEAVEN" or "IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION..." don't people understand?! The "immediately after the tribulation... the Son of Man will send his angels to gather his elect" *is not* "the Lord himself will descend from heaven, with the shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. Then the dead in Christ will rise. After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." The former happens when Jesus returns to earth to establish his earthly kingdom after the tribulation while the latter happens before or simultaneous with the start of the tribulation.
The dead in Christ rise first. Nobody goes to Heaven before the resurrection. How do they hear voice if theyre not there? Jesus did not ascend to Heaven rhe moment he died. He rose from the grave in his physical body. Judgement hasnt happened yet. He returns with his angels, not the saints.
Proof of A Pre trib Rapture. Pay Attention to the cloud and Cloud's Jesus appears in and With. Acts chapter 1 verses 9 10 11 Cloud. In Red Luke chapter 21 verses 27 and 28 Jesus is coming in A Cloud. In Revelation chapter 1 verse 7 Jesus is coming With the Clouds when he comes back to the MT of Olives. God bless you Always.......
Lots of logistical problems with such a rapture. Would love to date them, but "whatever". Ok, so the "spirit" (pneuma) goes to heaven when a person dies. (?) Well, is the "spirit" totally conscious and alive? So does the spirit see all going on today on this earth? Does it grieve for its loved ones left behind? None of that is even mentioned here. Then at the "rapture" the "spirit" recombines with a now immortal body? In Genesis, it says that man *only* became a living soul (or person) with the combination of the two: breath of life from God (Jesus) and dust of the ground (physical matter).
Will be given Glorified Spirit encased rather than a nere flesh encased rebuilt body I imagine. The point is to live according to His Spirit rather than by the dictates of our flesh/sin nature for the promised rapture of Christ Jesus's appearing to get us outta here at any moment and not delay coz nobody is guaranteed tomorrow

Most believers who accept this concept just choose to ignore these problems. I cannot believe in a secret rapture for these reasons. Here's just one: Say that both parents were not "saved". Or they were of some other world religion (Muslim, Hindu.Buddhist; etc.). So they will not be "raptured". Maybe they have young children. So what happens to them? Also, do you have any opinion of what all of those hundreds of millions left behind believe happened to the "raptured"? of the un-raptured (unsaved) b behind. And there's so much more ...

Revelation/tribulation were to/for Israels redemption only. the body of Christ has no context in either. we will be raptured before the tribulation. the body of Christ is not the bride. Isa 62:4, Rev 21:2-9 is clear who is. prove this wrong. if you remove the mystery gospel of Paul, there would be no salvation of the body of Christ and no gospel of grace rapture. there still would have been a cross, tribulation but a kingdom outcome only. no one being seated in heavenly places.

At the rapture, the unbelievers will not see the Lord imo. It's only those who'll be caught up will see him. To the unbelievers, though, to them the rapture could be "the destruction that will come on them suddenly as labor pains on pregnant woman."

It seems like all pre tribulation believers purposely don't mention Matt.24:29. That all those other scriptures that the pre tribulation believers use to prove pre tribulation will happen immediately after the tribulation. The trumpet and resurrection and rapture will be all on the last day immediately after the tribulation.
Matthew 24 is written to the Jews, not the Church!

it is "the resurrection", which jesus said over and over is "the last day". when mentioning the rapture of alive saints, he turned
the scripture upside down, placing the living saints first, then mentioned the dead in Christ. "the dead rise first".
let's call it what it is, this event is the resurrection. rapture, rapture, rapture. don't be deceived. Jesus comes once, to
raise the dead and gather the elect, and that is at the last day. whoever is left behind faces the wrath of God.
The covid was the first part of it in the middle east, things started happening.
Rapture or not, there be a second coming. Rapture is a dramatic description (thank you Left Behind series) and is a romantic thought, but there will be tumultuous times to go through, sure enough, and we may be nearing those times in 2024! Be ready!
My take from this hopeful message is to stay believing in, looking forward to, and ready for His return. When exactly He does is fine by me.

I trust He will be back when He will be back and pre-gather His elect to be waiting in the wings with Him and His angelic hosts shortly before then. The earliest rescue for His jew/gentile church (the bride) remains plausible yes, so I wont call this an extreme or deliberate false teaching. However I think it is incomplete in thorough detail potentially exactly to the flow of revelation.
So for now I just note on the side that to remain aware of the signs of the times (before us already many a troubling shakeup of rapid changes and more than that, even a near future buildup toward the 1 beast system and its presentation of an antichrist hero); would include anticipating the Day of the Lord's approach will not be until that antichrist appears on the world stage. So we can keep watch out and remain holding on the way Daniel's 3 friends stood up in the face of their tribulation hour.. particularly in what they said just prior to surviving Nebuchadnezzar's furnace.

I think the pastor takes it a little too far with the elders.. I read it as simply the Representatives or the patriarchs of the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 apostles.. we have our places in heaven but that just isn't one of them.
All the usual faulty arguments for a pre-trib 'rapture' of the church. Rev.4:1 does NOT describe the 'rapture'! John was taken to heaven only in spirit, not in a transformed body, and he didn't stay there, he returned to earth. The fact that the word 'ekklesia' (church) is not found in Rev. chaps. 4-18 is irrelevant. The church is not mentioned in 2 Timothy, Titus, 1 and 2 Peter, 2 John and Jude - does that mean it wasn't here when those letters were written?! Faithful disciples of Jesus, who testify, suffer and often die for him, are mentioned several times in Rev. chaps. 4-18, so obviously the church is still here! If those wonderful saints are not part of the church, then what are they? A false church? Or a second church? Will Jesus have two brides?!
One minute, Adrian implies that the 'rapture' happens when Jesus returns, but later he claims they are two separate events! They are not! In 1 Thess.4:15, Paul says, "we who are left till THE coming of the Lord will be caught up to meet him in the air". - 'THE coming', definite article. There is never the slightest suggestion, in the N.T., of a two-stage return. The second coming is mentioned in almost every N.T. book, often several times, and most of them say "at THE coming of the Lord/the Son of Man", or "at his coming" - the one and only future coming of Jesus, NOT the first of two.

That obviously does not happen until after the tribulation, so it has to be at Jesus' second coming.
Four times, Jesus says believers will be 'raised up at the last day'! (John 6:39,40,44, 54) By definition, there can be only ONE last trumpet and ONE last day. The Bible never talks about a 'church age'. Jesus speaks only of “this age” and “the age to come” (Mt.12:32; Lk.18:29-30). Paul calls the present age “evil”, and Satan its god (Gal 1:4; 2 Cor 4:4). John says, “the whole world is under the control of the evil one” (1 Jn 5:19). Since Satan is permitted to retain that control throughout the tribulation, it is clearly part of “this present evil age”. Still-living saints will be raised up on the last day of this age, that is, at the end of the tribulation!

This is confirmed by the parable of the wheat and tares (weeds). Jesus says, "the harvest is the END OF THE AGE, and the harvesters are the angels", who FIRST pull up the weeds ('the sons of the evil one') and throw them into the fire; and then gather the wheat ('the sons of the kingdom') into the barn (Matt. 13:24-30, 36-43). A pre-trib 'rapture' would reverse that order. Please don't be taken in by this false hope of escaping the tribulation.
Shortly before he was arrested, Jesus warned his disciples, “In this world you will have trouble (tribulation); but take heart! I have overcome the world”. He then prayed: “My prayer is NOT that you take them out of the world, but that you protect them from the evil one.” (Jn 16:33; 17:15). Do you seriously believe the Father will do something his Son specifically asked him not to do, and take the Church out of the world? Only moments before, Jesus had declared that he and the Father are one!

The "immediately after the tribulation... the Son of Man will send his angels to gather his elect" *is not* "the Lord himself will descend from heaven, with the shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. Then the dead in Christ will rise. After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air." The former happens when Jesus returns to earth to establish his earthly kingdom after the tribulation while the latter happens before or simultaneous with the start of the tribulation.

Lots of logistical problems with such a rapture. Would love to date them, but "whatever". Ok, so the "spirit" (pneuma) goes to heaven when a person dies. (?) Well, is the "spirit" totally conscious and alive? So does the spirit see all going on today on this earth? Does it grieve for its loved ones left behind? None of that is even mentioned here.
Then at the "rapture" the "spirit" recombines with a now immortal body? In Genesis, it says that man *only* became a living soul (or person) with the combination of the two: breath of life from God (Jesus) and dust of the ground (physical matter).
Will be given Glorified Spirit encased rather than a nere flesh encased rebuilt body I imagine. The point is to live according to His Spirit rather than by the dictates of our flesh/sin nature for the promised rapture of Christ Jesus's appearing to get us outta here at any moment and not delay coz nobody is guaranteed tomorrow

Most believers who accept this concept just choose to ignore these problems. I cannot believe in a secret rapture for these reasons. Here's just one: Say that both parents were not "saved". Or they were of some other world religion (Muslim, Hindu.Buddhist; etc.). So they will not be "raptured". Maybe they have young children. So what happens to them? Also, do you have any opinion of what all of those hundreds of millions left behind believe happened to the "raptured"? of the un-raptured (unsaved) b behind. And there's so much more ...

I think you are confusing those saved in Jesus Christ before The Tribulation and those who come to Jesus Christ after The Tribulation starts.
When Jesus comes in the clouds to call up the dead and living, this is not a "second coming" as He only comes in the clouds. His second coming will be when His feet land on the Mount of Olives.
