If you have or are changing out TM's, make sure to "Unpair" the one you took off, 1st. Also, do not let your phone go to sleep, while updating. Great Video, Thanks!!
Hi Matt I purchased a Minnkota Terrova from you guys on March 23 and I just installed on my boat. I watched your video on pairing it to my iPhone, tried several times to pair it but I got a message on my phone that the i-Pilot can no longer be paired to an iPhone. I have an iPhone 13. Do I need to do something different? Thanks Chuck
I have not heard anything that it would not pair with an I phone. We may have to check with Minn Kota let me talk to John so we can put a call in to them
After I sent you a message about not being able to pair the motor to my iPhone I tried it again and learned that I had to continue to hold the pair button on the motor while I hit the i-Pilot selection on my iPhone. Works fine. Thanks for your quick response. Chuck

Does that phone connection disturb or affect the the blue tooth link between trolling motor and external gps puck?

Yes motor powered on in stow it will pair

No the phone being paired with the motor will not effect the motor and the heading sensor what is commonly known as the gps puck
Can you pair multiple phones to 1 I pilot
Yes I think you can I use my phone to check customer motors for updates all the time and they sometimes have a phone already paired
