I had no idea this character even existed. Wars at the GI Joe classified Shockwave was clearly based on this figure. So I kit-bashed him over to Wide-Scope. Added a toy German shepherd dog and the blue and black gas mask helmet from Action Force tactical head pack. Looks awesome
the origin of the character and file card name is pure GI Joe, a backhanded tribute to legal for either fumbling the trademark or causing the change at the last minute but also continuing tradition of naming characters after Hasbro employees
Great one Jessie. That funny, Wide Scope had a cameo in one our recent Military Action Games where he, Lamont, and Law were unceromoniously killed before Fire Team Echo arrived. Top marks sir! 💫💯

I spent 18 years on a federal law enforcement SWAT team. The team could operate in the US where the US military could not. Gi Joe often had operations in the US where realistically a tactical law enforcement team would be used and not the military.

Wide-Scope!!! Hope we see a Classified version!
Maybe some day! We already got Shockwave (twice) so maybe they’ll build out that team

Also, “negotiations” isn’t an MOS lol, even a secondary one.
I hear you! I have to try to work with what the file cards say though
he was their MP, the replacement for Mutt…
Great way to end my work week! Thanks for another great video, Jesse

I want Fig Newtons now
I really wish he looked less liek Shockwave. Even a helmet instead of a cap would have helped.
They look like if law lended order to shockwave.
Wide Scope is the perfect guy to substitute any of the "police" members of the GIJoe team except, if I'm not mistaken, Sure Fire.
Looks like I have another Custom figure to get in gear...
Wide Scope is an excellent S.W.A.T. member on the team. 😀👍
So what movie or TV show is live action stuff from in video?
The Negotiator, Sniper, Punisher War Zone are the films along with a TV show called SWAT
Cool

Fort BRAGG, not Liberty!
True! It’ll always be Bragg, same with Benning
They changed Ft Rucker too here in Alabama. Ft Novocel or some such nonsense
