C8 Z06 101: How to do a Burnout & Launch
Вставка

- For those who are just now getting a C8 Z06, you'll most likely be highly inclined to go to a drag strip and absolutely send it. It is a more technologically advanced vehicle than past Z06 iterations so you'll want to pay attention to this video to learn how to launch and also do burnout. This car has MORE settings and variability than the standard C8 FYI, alot more. Anyone looking for any performance parts for their Corvette or any other vehicle please email me at info@jesseiwujiperformance.com

Jesse,
My man 😆 that was a great tutorial for me to use when my Z06 arrives!
I'll be taking museum delivery in about 2 wks on my 70th AE HTC Spec Z06 in Carbon Flash Black 🖤
Next year you need to plan for Carlisle my friend!
It's a really great time with some pretty great people and subscribers!

🙌🏾
Good info! 👍
I have a sting ray.
I had no idea the Z06 had RPM selection in Lauch Control.
Glad I could help!
Beautiful Jesse
Great Vid, thanks for the education!
Any time!
😂 I would postpone a workout to ride your car too🤣 Super Cool Video👑!!!! ❤️🇺🇸🫡⚓️
Great idea!!
In my 70 Cuda I can do a burnout around 2000RPM, But the con is I do not have a heated steering wheel.
Lol
A couple of questions Jesse. (1) If you leave the setting 'Automatic' instead of picking your RPM and slip, do you know what those factory preset values are? (2) After you customize your RPM and slip you said you don't have to change anything else, but don't you need to go back in the menu to 'Performance' to see your 0-60 time? Thanks!
1. I believe it's 4500 RPM 10% slip
2.you can go back to 0-60 if you'd like
Jesse ,
Thanks so much , very helpful. Do you launch in auto shift mode only or can you shift yourself if you want in manual ??
If you’re in DFW would love to get some hands on lessons in my Z with you I’m a total noob but having a blast learning
I'm from Carrollton originally! I go back to Dallas usually during holidays, hit me up on instagram
When you be back in the driver's seat for NASCAR races?
Sponsorship is needed to race, help find one for him
Working on it!
Wish I would have found this a few days ago prior to tracking my Z. Anywho talk to me about your rear tire/wheel setup. Thanks
Email me! Info@jesseiwujiperformance.com
thanks for the video.. I am getting horrible 0-60 on the street worse than my c8 .. need to figure it out maybe 3500 and 5% slip
Try 4500, 10-15%
😮
What were your launch control settings in the drag strip portion of the video?
5000 rpm, 5% slip
😳
BEAST
So to burnout do i just hold both paddle shifters, then floor it, then release the paddle shifters??
Exactly
I cant afford it😢
I'm sorry but this should have been a 5 min video and not 20 min. You just keep saying the same thing over and over and over.
I could actually make this a 90 second video, but me and all the other viewers who watched this enjoy 15-20 minute videos.
You absolutely ghettofied that z06 with those doors.
Worst video for this type of tutorial
lol the only people making that comment are people without the financial means to purchase a car of that caliber. Keep watching from the sidelines little man.
How often do you have to change those rear tires?!?! 🫣🔥
17,000 miles so far, no change
