There was a real life situation like this in a maraschino cherry factory. There was a suspicion of drug growing there and when the investigators confronted the boss, he excused himself to the bathroom and then promptly shot himself.

My job is to review the financial statements. This scene is why I giggle every time something does not add up in disclosures of pension funds. These lovely irregularities. Ironically, none of the windows in my office can be opened.
I think what makes this the best jumping out of a window shot in the entire history of jumping out of windows is the smooth, single motion of walking to the window, opening it and jumping, alongside the arms straight down by the side.
The extra layer of funny for me is how the windows seem expressly built in a way to make such a plummet as convenient as possible. No screen. No finicky handle. Dude didn't even need a running start. 😂

One time there was someone new to the building so he did his trick but went straight through and fell to his death.
