Any real enthusiast could.
Honestly?? April fool's vid....?
1. The OG Batman at Six Flags Great America
That makes my brain bleed just thinking about
@@AirtimeThrills 🤣
Hulk be like "is Hulk joke to you, puny human?" 😂
I love Hulk for the soundtrack alone... I admit when the ride malfunctions and has no sound it isn't near as enjoyable.
I was thinking the same thing. Where does it fall!? No way it’s at the very bottom
@@cratcliff8820 hulk was in that 16-20 group i sped thru
@@AirtimeThrills If you rode it last February I think it would have shot up a lot in your rankings because it was hauling then
@@tismejaytee I’ve ridden hulk about 12 times after the first Cobra roll I just want the get off, the ride gets forceless.
B&M is the most consistent manufacturer in my opinion
totally agree
other than maybe rmc
@juiceboxer100 Toyotas are cheap cars lol what r u talking about
@@AMCustomCoasters Depends what your getting.
The only non cheap Toyota is the Land Cruiser. The rest are under $50K lmao
I'm happy to see Dominator on here. I think it's a great underrated floorless coaster with perfect smoothness, layout, and intensity with some really solid pacing.
Dominator is fun the whole way through. I love it.
dominator is great
Whenever you get to ride Nemesis, if I were you I wouldn’t hype it up too much. It’s a short ride, so the chances of it topping something like Montu are slim. Definitely try it in the front row first to see the terrain and near misses. Then try the back for the forces.
when he includes dragon challenge
*everyone liked that*
*Dragon Challenge has left the forum*
"Sheikra doesn't have much to it"
Wait until he finds out about Oblivion at alton towers 😂😂
Oh yeah those OG dives are brutally basic
@Zacheroni sounds like mean streak
@Zacheroni Towwrs could of so much more with oblivion
@@mountainbiking_moray5754 I mean, sort of. Imagine how much tunnelling would be required to fit one of the massive dive coaster inversions, but something more would’ve been nice, I agree.
@@AirtimeThrills yeah the pull up to 5g (diving machine g5) oblivion has 4.5
I really hope you can get a re ride on Georgia scorcher because it’s honestly just as good as riddlers revenge
No it is better
I went to Over Georgia a few years back, after every other Standing Coaster I've been on has left me in pain for the rest of the day I skipped it. Now suddenly I keep seeing people saying it's actually good, guess I need to go back and ride it.
@@Mrbombs102 yes trust me it’s nothing like green lantern
@@evandabest7834 Green Lantern and Mantis are the two B&M stand ups I've been on. Both hurt in different ways. Maybe I just don't know how to ride them.
@@Mrbombs102 i didn’t get to go on mantis before they changed it
It makes me really happy to see Montu so high up there! It is such a smooth ride and the the speed it has through the tunnel into the Immelmann is unlike anything else I've experienced. Plus it's just gorgeous to look at.
yeah 2ndd best invert for me
Busch Gardens Tampa is my home park and Kumba rocks. It is super intense and awesome. Another great video!
I always wanted to know if B&M could remake Kumba as a floorless coaster for BGW. It could be Drachen Fire Reborn.
My home park is bush gardens Tampa and I hateeee it rattles way to much
@@number1598 I have gotten bad rides too, but the best rides I get on it almost match Montu's quality.
@@ThemeParkAvenue ya
@Zacheroni LOL I’m so jealous of sea world Orlando I’ve never been there
Baron 1898 gets really good reviews and many people say it’s their favorite dive coaster
Wow really? I really like it, but only because of the theming etc, I didn't think the coaster itself was a particular stand out.
I had missed the Hulk mention too but for now this is my favorite. Great location, amazing layout and awesome pacing.
In Europe it is a tie for me between Nemesis in Alton Towers and AIR in the same park. I love the floating experience in AIR, a real flying feeling, and Nemesis is just Nemesis, epic scenery, great layout and pretty forceful. Love it!
I feel like Bizarro at SFGA is underrated. It has a decent layout with head choppers and feet choppers, doesn’t have a rattle that I could notice, and it’s surprisingly smooth for its age. Not to mention, it pulls great positive forces.
Same exact layout as Scream which he shit all over in this vid. Although i don't agree with this guys list, he clearly would hate it though if he hates scream.
People hate only because it replaced Ride of Steel
@@Zuuker23 Wrong Bizarro 😂
@@dylanradtke he only hates scream because:
1. The absolute parking lot theme
2. The GIGANTIC rattle it has.
I love b and m. I want to be an engineer for them eventually, and build one for my home park, which uses them a lot, Kings Island.
Chase that dream friend👍🏽
@@nick5422 Thanks!!!
I also love B&M but I don't really like engineering, so my hope is to be a ride op for a B&M. What a difference right?
Yours is a bit less dangerous
As someone who lives 2 hours away, just north of Indianapolis, I support you!
Chris, you're not missing anything about Firebird. If you ever do ride it, I'd be willing to bet that the ghost of Iron Wolf will make your twins vibrate.
Having rode Iron Wolf several times there is a reasonable chance of it breaking the bottom 5.
Great Bear is my favorite B&M looper. Its super whippy and sounds so badass
And yet it's smooth as silk for a roller coaster.
Pre-drop helix, loud roar, and built over existing rides.
@@johnfoltz8183 Don't forget "interesting" supports over the creek.
...
Georgia Scorcher is such an incredible ride, imo. I'd place it above 1/2 of the hypers, even. I sincerely hope SFoG never converts it!
Yukon Striker is not only my favorite B&M looper, but it’s my favorite coaster period. Ever since I was a kid I found dive coasters fascinating and I don’t understand why so many enthusiasts like to hate on them.
Having Yukon as a favorite is kinda rare especially since Leviathan and Behemoth are in the same park
@@tewsgcdcfgechk908 newer dives have much more complete layouts tho
Firebird is the smoothest B&M in Maryland
Ikr!?! Its crazy that it's the best in the WHOLE STATE
“It’s super smooth” *bashes head into otsr*
Not to mention the only B&M in Maryland, but that's more coasters than like 5 states have total!
I’ve marathoned 7 times, idk what I was thinking
@@lukez6203 sat on it 46 time during media shoot
My favourite so far would have to be Yukon Striker! Considering your love for Valravn, I would say that it's right up your alley. Montu would be my second choice though, so it makes perfect sense why you'd put it at no. 1.
Only rode a few B&M's so far, but they've all been great. Favorite looper is Manta, it's just so much fun to fly with the setting, speed, inversions and crazy pretzel loop! Hulk, Montu, and Kraken are all really good rides too. You said you needed a few rides to fully appreciate Montu. I only got 1, so when I go back for Iron Gwazi (and SheiKra, that was closed) I'll certainly ride it again! Kumba is my least favorite B&M so far, but it's still a good ride. My only problem with it is it has an awful rattle that gave me a headache for a few days... Maybe it's better in a different seat/train though. I look forward to riding more B&M loopers in the future, like Afterburn, SheiKra, Wild Eagle, Superman, Batman, Scorcher, and Vortex (wait, not that one)
I’m hyped up, later this week I’m getting rides on montu, kumba, kraken, shiekra, manta, and mako. Florida really is a state full of B&Ms.
@Zacheroni Bro I waited 2 hours to ride Shiekra just to get assigned to the back row. Life is hard
And pipeline and penguin trek and hulks and phoenix rising like wtf
“Enthusiasts love an old school b&m”
Firebird and vortex: ........
And Patriot :D
Vortex should have just been rebuilt from ground up woth a complete new structure to make it smooth again
@@calebkent5858 I just rode it yesterday and it wasn’t bad
Firebird sucked when it was new as iron wolf
Best coaster from every model Vekoma or Intamin has made, an interesting idea....
Mountu is so snappy! I’m happy to see that it’s your number 1 b&m looper and your number 31 ride!
I loved seeing Valravn at # 2. That was a nice surprise. I may not have it as high as you, but I respect you for not caving to enthusiast peer pressure and putting it at # 2. I still think it's a great ride, and it's still my mom's 2nd favorite at Cedar Point. You will love Yukon Striker. It might top Montu for you. My favorite B&M looper is Thunderbird. Least favorite: no contest, it's the crime against humanity known as Firebird, my least favorite coaster of all time.
When you got to the end right before you announced your number one I was freaking out about you not mentioning Montu. So glad to see you gave it the love it deserves. I remember marathoning it the one time I visited and the line for it was short in the morning.
my top two probably have to be Nemesis and Black Mamba, both are VERY intense, with the addition of being mostly in trenches and underground (especially Black Mamba, Phantasialand does NOT skimp on theming) so it genuinely feels like there's a risk of having your legs chopped off.
A sleeper pick of mine would be Flight Deck at CGA, which unfortunately got that new paint job that isn't quite as intimidating as the all-black color scheme it used to have. It's very short, yes, with only 3 inversions, but it does NOT slow down during the entire layout, and that last helix over the water feels like it's going to rip your legs off.
Ok I laughed at whoever lost there hat on griffon at around the 5:40 mark
Props for showing raptor some love! That was the coaster that really did me in when I was a kid. I was hooked after raptor.
Thank you for ranking 3 Ohio coasters at the top of your list! All 3 are awesome! I didn't like Valravn at first cause it how it felt rough on my stomach. But when I rode it a 2nd time (and after riding other coasters throughout the day), it didn't feel so intense, and it ended up winning me over!
Fascinating list. I appreciate your personal takes, which you argued fair.
I'd be curious to see a new B&M looper. As you said, their engineering has evolved a fair bit.
Montu is amazing and I loved it. Nemesis will always beat everything though. There’s just something about it, I don’t know what. Maybe it’s low to the ground layout, or how it picks up speed? It just rips you around and by the time you’re coming into the brake run you’re so disoriented. I love it.
5:43 R.I.P. phone
Georgia Scorcher is so good!!! Green Lantern is just long enough to kill your legs while Georgia Scorcher doesn’t. And, GS has great airtime
Gatekeeper at Cedar Point is one of the most underrated coasters on the planet. And yes, Valravn is dope!
In high school, we used to ride the Iron Wolf and do the "Iron Wolf Iron Man Challenge." You had to try to ride the entire thing without putting your feet down. The winner was proclaimed to have balls of Iron. Needless to say, you're not missing much if that's your only missing B&M looper credit in America, since the only reason we'd ride it was to torture ourselves, even when it was relatively new...
Just more proof that high school kids are........awesome
You were the dudes that my friends made fun of for being dumb, lol.
@@AirtimeThrills it's the reason they had to convert all those stand ups to floorless... we can't really stand up 20 years later...
I think you'd LOVE Katun at Mirabilandia, italy- huge invert with big swooping inversions and a very high, straight drop. Super intense and still runs like a charm
Batman: The Dark Knight at SFNE is so average that it will never be mentioned in a list video. just so painfully average.
Mouse coasters in the dark should be outlawed., they hurt.
@@supremefan Batman The Dark Knight at SFNE is a B&M Floorless. Thank you for proving how forgettable it is and thinking I meant the indoor mice at other parks.
@@CutToATree Didn't notice SFNE, just assumed SFGA.. sadly haven't been to SFNE yet. I'd rather have an average floorless then our crap Dark Night mouse.
@@supremefan but you have a good Floorless, and our wild Mouse was relocated from Kentucky Kingdom and given the worst name of any six flags coaster.
Montu doesn't just do a batwing into a trench, it does a batwing into a *themed* trench
YEEYEEYEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!
*Quotes that one "that's just Luke" vine*
As a coaster enthusiast who has never been outside italian parks, I only have 3 B&M coasters in my credit list, and those being Raptor and Oblivion at Gardaland and Katun at Mirabilandia. Of course, Katun tops them all. That's all I can say about B&M for now, sadly : (
I really enjoy your videos ATT!! I must say that I find your Coaster Palate to be quite unique compared to other popular UA-cam Coaster Channels and I really appreciate your uniqueness!!
When it comes to steel roller coasters, B&M is my favorite manufacturer. They have so many different models, they're built to last and they're almost ways incredibly smooth. Even their worst roller coasters aren't that rough very much.
lol half of B&Ms have a horrible rattle
@@gibiati8295 rattle doesn't mean rough
I'm glad to see Raptor made a great showing on your list. I remember when it first opened, the lines stretched for over four hours. Over twenty years later, Raptor still rules the skies!
I found it funny that the only thing good you could say about Rugaroux/Mantis was its color scheme. I hated Mantis as a stand-up coaster, and love the floorless configuration. However, I still prefer the name and color scheme of Mantis over Rugaroux.
I actually liked Mantis as a stand-up coaster
Just as a heads up for whenever you get to ride Firebird, RIDE IN THE VERY LAST ROW! Its the only somewhat smooth ride. And keep your head forward of course. But nice video.
Yeah the layout is kinda dumb though
@@lukez6203 I mean it is B&M’s first ever coaster after all 🤷🏽♂️. they have done a lot better since then
Great idea for a video! I have been 33 of them.
My current top 10: 1. Tatsu 2. Thunderbird 3. Afterburn 4. GateKeeper 5. Raptor 6. Flight Deck 7. Banshee 8/9 Dragon Challenge 10. Superman Krypton
My bottom 5: 1.- Vortex 2. Iron Wolf 3. Patriot 4. Georgia Scorcher 5. Riddler's Revenge (Scream was next) Big gap between my #4 and #5. I agree Vortex is the worst by a wide margin.
Top 5 bucket list (US Only): 1. Montu 2. Alpengeist 3. Manta 4, Great Bear 5. Kumba .
Side note: Valravn is 26th overall out of the 33. I like the last inversion, but the vest restraints kills the drop for me.
Tatsu is my #1 and my puny count includes Raptor and Griffon. To me it's a flying coaster like Superman at GAdv or Air at Alton Towers the same way Millennium Force resembles the Coney Island Cyclone.
Carowinds is my home park and I know I’m in a super minority here, but Vortex is actually a pretty fun ride. There is definitely an art to the standup restraints, but if you know how to wear them there is a lot of enjoyment to be had. It’s a really unique experience to ride front row while standing up, and honestly I’ve been on B&M’s with much worse rattles. There’s rarely ever a line and I find myself riding it when I’m switching between Fury and Intimidator almost every opportunity I get. It’s certainly not a masterpiece, but I would miss it if they took it out.
I should warn you that you are in an upcoming YTP releasing on April Fool's Day. Beware.
WHAT
@@theaxolotlgod1204 you will see.
damn it's already almost april 0.o
@@theaxolotlgod1204 It's here!
Great Bear looks weird and nothing special on the surface, but imo those inversions are forceful (holy crap that zero g), that opening helix is surprisingly forceful, and who can get over that roar?
a work of art from B&M, especially considering their restrictions (unable to build supports in the creek).
Hello, it is I, the alpengeist fanboy! My favorite B&M looper right now is actually kumba, followed by the incredible hulk, and the trio of inverts I've ridden. The inverts are alpengeist (obviously), montu, and great bear. I've ridden others, but these rides are in my top 10 out of about 53 credits
Great video to watch after just getting back from a trip to Florida where I rode several awesome B&Ms. I think every B&M in Florida is really good and I thought SheiKra was butter smooth. Strangely, the only 2 that I thought had small rattles were Hulk and Manta but again, every single B&M in the state is fantastic. Obviously the best being the non looper Mako.
I love Valravn! I finally got to ride it in the fall of 2021. First ride we were in the back, immediately got back on and rode in the front. I love it!
Montu is sooooo good!! I need to get back on it!! It’s been since 2014...
Valravn #2, interesting...
I enjoy this coaster and is my favorite Dive...
Next time you’re at Carowinds, I will show you the Vortex magic seat, and trust me, you’ll love it! 😂
Montu and Afterburn do compete for the most force at times, but Montu's extra length and extra trenches do give it the edge.
Kumba's got a good rattle to it now, so I can see why you ranked it lower. The Hulk may have gotten redone, but it still has some of that ole' headbang.
RIP Dueling Dragons
Medusa is far and away the best coaster at Discovery Kingdom. The smoothness with all the loops is just amazing... especially in the front row where the feeling of flight is strongest.
Here's my ranking of the B&M loopers I've ridden.
01: Afterburn at Carowinds
02: Bizarro at Six Flags Great Adventure
03: Talon at Dorney Park
04: Gatekeeper at Cedar Point
05: Batman: the Ride at Six Flags Great Adventure
06: Hydra: the Revenge at Dorney Park
07: Raptor at Cedar Point
08: Green Lantern at Six Flags Great Adventure
09: Great Bear at Hersheypark
10: Vortex at Carowinds
11: Superman: Ultimate Flight at Six Flags Great Adventure
12: Mantis at Cedar Point
As an addendum to this list, the only non-looping B&M's that I've ridden are Nitro at Six Flags Great Adventure, which is my number one B&M and all time favorite roller coaster, and Intimidator at Carowinds, which a ride that I'm not too fond of especially compared to Nitro; it probably would sit between Green Lantern and Great Bear on this list. I need to get out to more amusement parks so I can experience some of the true elite B&M's since Nitro and Afterburn are the only two that ever get any praise on my list.
@John Lorton I haven't been since 2010. The newest B&M on my list is Gatekeeper, which opened in 2013. My home park is Great Adventure (hence why all five of their B&M's are ranked even though I don't really like Green Lantern or Superman all that much). Obviously Dorney and Hershey are close enough that I've been to both of them multiple times, but I haven't been to a major amusement park since 2018 when I last visited Dorney and Great Adventure so I've been out of the loop for a while.
The Mantis -> Rougarou conversion was definitely a downgrade.
Finally some respect for Dragons Challenge. This was the coaster that I always rode on when I went to the park, I always go red side, just seemed more intense to me. Wish I could have ridden the ride with the dueling feature. I've heard great things about the dueling aspect
Chris, where do you rank Wildfire? I remember you really liked the first drop at one point. Above Kumba, I presume?
You know the deal thanks for the dinner reminder
@Patrick Cadiz must be the new diet craze
@Patrick Cadiz I’m very hungry
Ugh finally! I love Valravn as well! I never understood why so many enthusiasts hated it.
I think it comes down to people not liking vest restraints. I have a giant head! So, I clearly hate over-the-shoulder restraints and prefer vest restraints because I don’t feel concussed after the ride. A large head is a leading indicator of high intelligence! Thus, I also find ValRavn to be one of the best B&Ms 🤣
Do a video where you find what coasters are needed at independent parks or Seaworld parks
Both of those are coming in April
@Zacheroni Right now I have them slated for Apr 8 and 22
Starting with Montu as my first coaster really blew my comparison scale. It was weird never having a ride after my very first match that kind of intensity for quite a long time
The hate for Vortex. Ouch lol that was my first coaster so it'll always be sentimental to me. As for my favorite B&M loopers. Great Bear is my favorite inverts and Bizzaro is my favorite floor less.
I went to Busch Gardens again after a few years and I am convinced that there is no other ride in Florida better than Montu, its not the smoothest ride but that makes it so much better and it has that beautiful sound, I'd say it is a must ride
Montu was my first "adult" coaster, and permanently ruined my expectations of coasters. I have yet to find another ride in my 18 years of riding coasters that beats it.
Also I might have the unofficial record for most rides on Montu in a single day. On a lazy summer day in 2007 I rode it 73 times in a row without getting off.
i’ve only ridden 4 but nemesis is brilliant
My favorite B&M looper is definitely Tatsu if we're counting flying coasters, and I actually prefer it slightly over Fury as my favorite B&M just because of how incredible it feels flying over the mountain and diving into the bone crushing pretzel loop.
Also, unpopular opinion: Rougarou is my favorite floorless. I haven't been on Kraken yet, though it looks like it could definitely top Rou. I definitely like Medusa too, but its honestly a bit too graceful for me to rank it higher than Rou.
Georgia Scorcher is by far the best standup. I’d put it well above many on your best list. It has tons of airtime in the back and it’s super smooth.
100% true
Have you ridden other stand-up coasters? I think Riddler's Revenge @ SFMM is the best.
@@bandmfanboy Yep, the only one I haven't been on is Vortex at Carowinds. Riddler is good, but Scorcher is more forceful and has some legitimately powerful airtime.
@@WapoStudios Riddler has a nice roar that you can feel in your feet in the ride vehicle and it's pretty intense: I always gray out. There's this one moment on Riddler after the first corkscrew and turn in front of a facade that gives great floater-ish airtime. It's built like a speed hill on the newer hypers and gigas.
Facts man
When Chris has more Vekoma Credits than all your Credits :|
Makes me so mad when you say Superman is a must ride because this last weekend I couldn’t ride it due to two hour lines and breaking down and I know I won’t be back for a while. Looked awesome, great video!
That sucks, but at least something to look forward to next time
I'm so sad to not here too much trashing of Firebird, as you havent ridden it 😥. There is absolutely nothing good about Firebird lol
Headbashing all over the place so screw that ride.
Minus the color scheme which is pretty great honestly
@Zacheroni thanks I didn’t catch that was using the mic lol
Ome positive is that your nuts aren't caught in Iron Wolf's fangs. People think Shockwave was a rite of passage at SFGAm, but Iron Wolf was way more painful at least for people with testicles.
Only the corkscrew is bad honestly
Pretty good list chris. Trust me you are missing NOTHING with firebird. Also Banshee used to be a top 15 coaster for me when I first rode it in 2014 but now I wouldn't even put it in my top 50. Unfortunately it wins first place for coaster I've fallen out of love with over the years. The thing's rattle has gotten rediculous since I first rode it amplified by those vests. No idea why that is since Alpi, Montu, Afterburn, and others have remained incredibly smooth over the years.
Superman was my first inversion coaster, rode it front row after an entire childhood of fear of going upside down, I fell in love, and rode every ride at fiesta Texas and over Texas front row that week
Chris, where does Batman in the back corner of SFNE rank? I love the paint scheme, but don't remember it standing out in any particular way
B&M have made some great casters outside of America as well. In England, we have a VR tide (we'll not anymore but originally did. Kinda at the start it had no vr, then it was turned into having vr then most of the headsets were dozen which ended up with like 0 vr headsets.) We also swarm which is the second wing coaster to be built and the only one in the UK. I wish we had some good rides over here but we stick to the great themings.
I wholly agree with you on Scream, I walk off of that with a headache every time and I've given up on it getting better. Twisted Colossus is *right there* anyways.
Also, I definitely called Montu being your #1. I need to make a trip out to BGT someday for sure
When you consider the massive price tags on Gatekeeper, Valravn, and Banshee, each one is quite unfortunate considering B&M already had the formula perfected with Montu over 20 years ago.
You mean GateSLEEPER!!
Where does great white at San Antonio sea world rank for you? It was my childhood coaster in the early 00s.
Wildfire at SDC never gets the love it deserves.
I dont get how Chris could hate rougarou and say green lantern is underrated in other videos when they have basically the same layout
I understand it was the name of the ride upon closing, but for the people like me who grew up in central Florida (my late dad even worked at Universal for a few years), it will ALWAYS be Dueling Dragons, with the two sides as Fire and Ice. I got to ride it many times before they changed the name, long before little magic boi got the best dueling coaster ever built removed.
Getting to add Montu, Kumba, and Kraken next week. Looking forward to it. I loved Afterburn, so the prospect of Montu being an even better and longer invert has me really stoked.
Dominator is so underrated, it’s nice to see it on here
My favorite B&M looper is.........Kumba! I always go back and forth between it and Montu but last November Kumba was running incredible.
My rankings of my FAVORITES thru 156 credits:
10. Superman ultimate flight six flags great adventure
9. Batman clone SFoGA
8. Great White - Sea World SA
7. Gatekeeper - CP
6. Manta -Sea World Orlando
5. Superman Ultimate Flight SFoGA
4. Raptor - CP
3. Montu - Busch Gardens Tampa
2. Kraken - Sea World Orlando
1. Banshee - Kings Island
I just love riding Banshee.
Got two batman clones
What's better than Montu ? If you like strong and majestic layouts with world class inversions (Katun's cobra roll is pure ecstasy), substantial pacing, stunning theming and barely no brakes, well Katun is your pick here.
And there's also OzIris. It's surely less intense, but much more subtle and balanced. There's a tiny airtime in a tunnel between the loop and the Imelmann which contrasts with the positive G's of those 2 inversions : it's absolutely lovely !
Finally someone agrees with me about Kumba. It was intense but I got a rough ride on it even though I was in the front row.
Wow I'm surprised by raptor... Whenever I ride it, it always raddles at the end of the ride on the final break and my head gets banged up!
I knew Vortex was going to get the #1 worse!!! I agree completely! I'm really glad Afterburn ranked high though because I love that coaster!
im happy to see medusa at sfdk getting love- that’s the coaster that essentially turned me into an enthusiast, so it means a lot to me
@@nicholasrytting9862 da jokah?
My favorite B&M Looper is Banshee at KI cuz I've ridden it the most out of all of them that I have ridden. It is a really good ride and a front row ride is just crazy. Highly recommend for anyone going to Kings Island!
I have some friends that list Georgia Scorcher as their favorite ride in the park. I loved it when I was a kid just barely tall enough to ride it, but now I wish they would at least convert it into a floorless. Ideally, they would just build a new ride there. It could still be floorless, and they could add in one of those massive loops like Dominator and Superman Krypton, inch a little bit closer to Mind Bender, maybe cross the road like Goliath. I doubt that will happen soon, but man would it be nice to have a better ride there.
How about Wildfire at SDC? You were very high on it before last year, did last year’s bad ride knock it completely out of contention? Making my first trip to SDC this year and have been eyeing Wildfire for 2 decades, so it’s sort of a second tier bucket list coaster.
So, did you see the new YTP where you fail a Sporcle quiz, Chris?
This was probably one of your most controversial videos! We r all waiting for u to rank the Batman clones
Raptor is my all time favorite of the ones I have ridden ❤️ glad to see it at #4!
Ouch! Kumba at #24. It was my first coaster ever, so I’m biased, but I always toss Kumba and Montu back and forth as my fav in the park.
I've only been on 3 B&Ms, two of which are loopers, so I guess my #1 is Black Mamba. It made me think that I am probably not a huge fan of inverts, and that I would like a good hyper (aka not silver star) or floorless/sitdown more.
Apparently, I made a mistake though, as Black Mamba only truly shines on the front row. I can believe that, as I didn't really see much from my seat during the ride as there was either the other seats or a wall surrounding me. The wait for a front row ride is long, so prepare to queue a lot if you ever get to Phantasialand and want the best ride possible.
