I am so happy I found your site. I am researching and starting a candle making company for the 2nd time. I had a candle business about 8 years ago. It was a very part time business. Sure wish we had all of the tools and presto pot but when we moved, my husband literally donated so much to the local thrift store and all of that went. I stopped pouring candles because my customers were people that lived in the area I resided at that time. I wondered about ordering jars from Alibaba but after going to the site I felt a bit intimidated by it. Sooo tonight watching your utube, I am going to press thru and order jars from them before the launching of the business. I so appreciate your sharing and the encouragement you gave me just by watching you unbox your new vessels. You are awesome and I look forward to watching more of your videos!

I don't know if it's so much on the supplier it could be during shipping process going thru customs that your jars might have been cracked or broken I don't know how well they package but I would think it would be during shipping glad that you got a new supplier.

I had bad luck doing an unboxing video too lol I had decided I was going to film unboxing my first Candle Science order...it came in and the red dye I had ordered had busted and got red dye all over the whole order. Made for an interesting video! lol But thank you for this video! Very helpful!

Is the shipping of that many candles ridiculously expensive? I briefly looked into Alibaba but then I saw a $300 shipping fee to Canada and shut that idea down right away. Doesn’t seem worth it at that point.
Yes, I would watch any video on ordering from alibaba. Any info could take the mystery out of ordering bf ppl say it can be difficult. Ty for doing this

Yes absolutely, I have the supplier listed in the description, you should be able to search the name and find them and maybe even ask to speak to the specific sales person I spoke with 🤍

Yes. I have the vendors name and the sales person that I spoke to in the description, if you search their name you will find them. I can’t link it because it will try to sign whoever clicks the link into my account and then says “oops link is broken” 🤣

how did your shipping work and what shipping option did you choose when you ordered the jars. i’ve tried to buy some on alibaba but i get confused with DDP, ocean + express, etc. idk if i have to pick them up somewhere or if they drop it off at a shipping port and i have to pick them up😭followed u on insta love ur candles/ page😭

It was about half of the entire cost. So yes kind of, but in the end I got the jars for $2 a piece (shipping included)

Mine was 300, they ended up sending 288 and refunded me for the 12. You can usually talk them down on the shipping

The diameter is just under 3.5 in, they are 14.5 oz 😊
