Streamline has been helping people retire for over 25 years and I've personally been working with clients for the last decade and a half.
We can only work with a select number of clients so we created this channel to share what's working well for the families we help.
We both know that RETIREMENT IS MORE THAN MONEY so you'll see the financial strategies along with the non-financial strategies to make sure this next stage is YOUR BEST YET!

As a fellow introvert and math nerd, these non-financial questions were brilliant, thank you!
So glad it was helpful! Thanks!

Well played sir. I wish I could like it twice 😁
This is super timely because i was going to chat about some of these things over the next few days. This is a great framework for that conversation.
Perfect!
This was of Incredible Value. I Love that it took my wife and I over 30 minutes to watch this < 10 minute presentation. Great conversations, and happy to say, we actually addressed several of them over the last few days already!
That’s so great to hear!
David - thank you for providing another layer to our retirement planning. My wife and myself had a very healthy discussion about our answers to your questions.
That’s great to hear.
came across this discussion, and they were saying that it’s the unspoken parts that really affect how happy you’ll be in retirement.
Thank you for this format! And as a fellow introvert, I really appreciate the callout for extra time.
🙂 thank you!
Excellent topic, very important area, very pertinent to retirement planning. thank you. I gave you a ‘like’ thumbs up.
Thank you so much for these questions. I think they’re very thoughtful and can help a lot of people. I think I know most of my husbands answers because I talk to him about this all the time we’re about six years out from retirement but I might be generalizing so I want to know more specifics from him. I know what we’re doing this weekend. Thank you so much for these questions.
You are so welcome!
This is so valuable! I’ve never seen another retirement advisor do this on UA-cam .
Thanks for saying that! That means a lot!
Dave, you are appreciated. I really enjoy your videos. You do present the whole package. Thank you for being a “breath of fresh air “!
So nice of you. Thank you!
Dave, thank you for this video. I really liked the questions and the format and will watch it with my wife to level set our expectations
Hi Dave, my wife and I went through this and it was great!! We both really enjoyed this format and the questions were really good to have together.
Loved it! Would love to see more like this, with the question/pause/discussion format.
Valuable....we have been talking...so glad I found ur page ...great job
Thank you!
I'm lucky enough i guess to say my wife and i have good communication and already talked and continue to talk about all that. Absolutely we have goals before and during retirement. Teamwork is key
Thank you very much for the thoughtful questions and for your emphasis on curiosity, connection, and contribution. We are confident in our current plan and have a tentative timeline toward which we are working, so your timing and your questions are timely and valuable. I really enjoy your content and your vibe (as a fellow Introvert)! P.S. You have a couple of typos in your slides that are easy to fix, i.e., Slide 7: "you're" instead of "your", Slide 11: "connection" instead of "conenction".Keep up the great work!
Thank you and thanks for letting me know about the typos.
I found this super helpful and thoughtful.
Very helpful video, Dave. I like the format.
Great. Thank you!
Wonderful ideas on starting the conversation, thanks for the tips
You are so welcome!
Thank you, Dave - excellent questions and excellent format!
This is awesome! Love it
This is a really great video! 👍
Thank you very much!
Thank you!
My wife and i discussed this some days ago. You know, retirement is not all about money. We focus a lot on the financial aspect
I’m 48. Starting to find out what our expected monthly expenses will be. Really appreciate shedding light on this topic. You seem to know people pretty well. How much for a detailed financial plan?
Dave, how about the same video but for age-gap couples who will retire 10 years apart, etc?
That’s a great idea.
I’m in this group too……
Yes please!
Agreed, great thought
I fully agree, 13 years and already 3 years into it. It's quite lonely after having dedicated your life to your family and no friends other than work colleagues.
My advice, don't go all in and keep a life outside the family. I know it sounds odd, but you will be less hurt when rejection happens.
Great video series BTW, very sound advice.
Most of us focus on building that nest egg, but few couples think about how different our needs could be as we age. Like, what if one of us needs long-term care while the other is still relatively healthy? That can drain savings pretty fast
I am 53 and retired at 50. 1 thing I did do to retire early was to get out of the 401K and IRA programs. Bought rental real-estate and I am now a Limited Partner in about 1500+ units from collabrative efforts in the fund my estate planner has me invested in. I do not work
Very interesting questions. Typos/errors in the written questions though... 😮
It’s true! I’ll talk to the editor 🙂
These are good questions if you are not a couple.
Excellent job Dave, very useful.
I’m worried about retirement planning and I want to ensure a comfortable future. I’ve worked hard my entire life and I want to enjoy the fruits of my labor without financial stress. I’m really concerned about whether I’ve saved enough and invested wisely.
Election is one of those things that could really contribute to portfolio growth and vice versa. I've been going hard with my investments this year and have been able to build up to 180k. Are there tips I could apply to help me grow my portfolio even more during this election season?
You are not an introvert.
lol. I think I am. I love people but I find myself recharging by being alone.
@@StreamlineFinancialThat's a classic introvert. You like people but being around them is emotionally and physically draining. You need to take time alone to recharge. Extroverts draw energy from the people they're with so they always love being around people because it feeds their battery.
