【My Mom's Century Egg Congee Recipe】Only 3 ingredients + 1 TRICK to the most creamy smooth breakfast

  • Oh the century egg congee. I remember missing home when I was in Paris and I was so excited to find these eggs in a Chinese grocery store. I even brought it to school for my classmates to try : P This is one of those meals that is really not fancy enough to treat guests, but to be honest, it anyone ever makes me a bowl of congee, I'd feel so loved. So try it out and make it for your family! : )
    Ingredients:
    1 cup of round rice
    few slices of ginger
    11 cups of water
    1 century egg
    *IMPORTANT: Cook the rice for at least 40+ minutes on a rolling boil then let it simmer on low while stirring for another 10-20 minutes. The exact time depends on your rice, but as long as you follow the tips in the video, you will get the consistency :)

    皮蛋粥的濃稠度恰恰好,看似簡單的粥,其實燉起來不容易,水份、火侯都需細心、耐心,真的是慢工出細活,皮皮妹妹聞著也直吞口水,小姐姐真是--烹飪小天后,加油喔,每次妳與田園老師的互動好溫馨。

    小姐姐的皮蛋粥做得真好👍🌹😊那个年代真是这样的,什么都要票证,如地方粮票全国粮票,菜票,肉票(只有四级肉最瘦的肉),油票(每个人每月就四两油),布票...总之好多票。
