Science can be great and all, but just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. Even though the child is genetically related to the non-birth mother, the child knows nothing but its birth mother. And it is both deeply traumatic for both the birth mother and the baby to be separated from each other. Of course the mother can suppress that because she gets a pay check at the end of the day. But the baby? The only familiar thing to a baby that is born into this big world is the smell and sound of the mother that carried it. Even the mother’s milk is made specifically for that baby. And that is all taken away from the baby at birth, and put into the hands of strangers. And sometimes the child is genetically related to the birth mother but is literally bought. In that case, the child doesn’t even feel connected to its “mother”. Honestly, it’s just messy and painful.
I'm going to point out fallacies in your logic. New Borns imprint on the closest food source they can find which is usually thier mother. They don't know who thier birth mother and that's why adoption is a viable option cause new borns latch onto their adoptive mothers.
I agree 100 percent- it's wrong! It needs to be illegal. thanks for the good lecture!
