Best tutorial for someone like myself who has no idea what I’m doing. Other videos skipped essential steps (like specific keys) that amateurs like me did not know about prior to the video.
i was a lumion fanboy and used to look down on collage post production, especially almost all my friend used same style of collage (same color, cutout, vegetation etc). But when i started to watched your video, you offered many different style of collage or post digital image, when i tried photoshop for semi realistic post production, i started to realized how spoiled i am with lumion. photoshop is kinda hard for beginner but it will save so much time with versatile results when after master it. with photoshop i started to appreciate how important "identity" is.
Definitely, Polar Bear! You've touched on a really important point, identity! Yes, Lumion is capable of delivering high-quality results in no time, no doubt on that. But if not gone through a post-production step, it might just look like anyone's image. The results are endless when you combine different techniques to achieve something unique. I really loved your comment, it made my day! Thanks a lot 💙
@@LearnUpstairs Hi yesk kind if truth, love collage +render combination but is really hard to start for me and Im always wondering why to do this if I can pres Render button...I dont know how to swap from vray to PS :)
Excellent video to teach someone. I have seen many videos on youtube and couldn't find them usefull because they don't know how to teach someone, they don't understand everyone is not good at Photoshop that's why they skip minor teaching steps. But here i found complete video soo learnable and usefull, please make some videos on rendering on Photoshop . Thankyouuuu :)
Thank you so much for this comment Mashal! Each video I try to get better at showing the audience how to do each step. So I'm glad you recognized that! 💙
Question: You completed this amazing work in 30min. I struggle with time and takes more time to finish simple illustrations... How do you manage that and decide when work is finished.
Hey Warren! Reducing the time you work over an image requires practice. The more you use shortcuts, the quicker you'll complete the steps and the faster you'll finish the image. Knowing when to stop working on an image is also hard. To be honest, most images I created I could've spent a few more hours working on it. But you should learn when to stop. That really depends on where you're going to use or publish the image. If it's the main image of a board, you might want to refine a bit more, but when it's just complementary information, focus on getting the essential stuff there and that's it. That was a hard question I must say. Hopefully, I could clear your doubts on this 😀
Excellent! Do you have courses in Spanish or with subtitles? My English is not very good, but your courses are very interesting. Greetings from Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Hey Michel! Thanks a lot for the feedback. Our architecture post-production course has already subs. For the new one, we are working on English, Portuguese, and Spanish subtitles and it should come out pretty soon.
Hi. Great tutorials , but i have serious wierd question- what will be difference if you use same textures added in Sketchup instead PS? seams to be easier then adjasting texture proportions in PS? thx for answer !
Hey Andrzej! It really depends on what results you're looking for. Yes, the easiest method is to place directly in Skechup. But then you don't have much freedom to apply different effects. So I usually balance it out, the base texture is applied in Sketchup and more details are added in photoshop.
Hi Avinda, we don't usually talk about the modeling process here because it's part of the design process and not really the visualization/representation step. But we can certainly how to export the image from Sketchup. Actually, there are a few videos that already shows this process. Check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/r0d-QrvtFhE/v-deo.html
