Best option is to do a business along with Dawah. Be your own boss. Insha Allah, Allah will bless you. Next best thing is to join a Muslim run company. Next best is to join a company that has 2 days off. In both cases, make sure that the company is not involved in any haram activities.

Please leave the hadith and tell them to obey only the Quran. There is no peace in Islam in the pain of those who believe the hadith.ref:7:3,77:50,29:51obeying the messenger does not mean obeying books written more than 200 years after the death of the prophet, against the will of God, and against the wishes of the prophet. Obeying the messenger does not mean following books that are full of lies and fabrications attributed to the prophet, and which contain countless violations and contradictions with the Holy Quran.

verily the HolyQuran is sufficient but this verse doesn't mean that to not follow the prophets sayings,Sahi hadiths are necessary ......must bcz in Quran

As Muslim we should follow the Quran and Hadith. There are many verses of Quran telling us to obey Allah and His Messenger. Rasulullah also said, "I leave behind me two things, the Quran and the Sunnah". In addition to that, not all Hadith are fabricated. There are thousands of authentic Hadith that can be found in Shahih Bukhari and Shahih Muslim. These books had been checked by trusted prominent scholars.
Convey message of Islam to all people of the world and to everyone who will come also convey message of Islam to all world leaders
