Simple is my thought process. I love this painting. I'm so tight and am loosening up! I'm spending my Saturday afternoon organizing all my art supplies and narrowing down what to keep and what to give to my great nephew who has some real talent at 11 yrs. old.

I just want to send a huge thank you to you. You are such a generous soul, sharing your passion and enthusiasm, you and your creations are so inspirational. I lost my dear mummy just over a year ago and inherited her large collection of various craft supplies. In among them were some watercolours and paper. We were very close and I know she was of the mind set of wanting perfection, so rather than risk not achieving that she wouldn't even try :( I wish she had been able to watch you, I feel sure you would have been able to do what I could not and that is ignite a fearlessness in her to just go for it. I’ve only been painting for a short while, and as much as I yearn to be more free with my painting, my hand just insists on going for the details. I’m fine with that style, but I would like to be better at just going with whatever flows. I haven’t tried it yet, but I know this will be a great exercise for that. I can’t wait to get all juicy and globby, with no real plan, and just see what happens. Thanks for this, and for all of your awesome tutorials!

This was my first attempt at watercolour anything. It was really fun.
I love fall, and am thinking this would be fun and pretty with fall colors. Thank you for the idea and how-to tips. I really need to do some kind of dabbling every day. This is a good motivator. Thanks again.
Well, I did it... with fall colors, outlining leaves instead of flowers, a VERY basic partial tree in the background filling in all the white space with a lightly dabbed Metallic Gold. It's... ok-ish... really fun! Thank you for taking the time to share your expertise, your knowledge, your joy.

I love this, the days I can’t think of what I want to paint. I could do all over the page, a few or just one in the middle. Colors that maybe I haven’t tried before. Just having fun without a lot of effort. I did dots in a bunch of different sizes and colors one day, and the same with squares. I need a liner brush.

Some time i do blob with old dry color on my palette, but i wait until is dry and i take a black liner to do the design. I never do it with a pen on wet !
