Yes, I agree. The Mayor of Kingston, Senator Cllr. Delroy Williams, recently advised that they have several key projects and initiatives operating, including the upgrade of St William Park and Parade...... I guess we will have to wait and see. I understand the vision is to transform Downtown into a tourism city.
