Warning: Addictive Lamington Donut Recipe

Welcome to the SimpleCookingChannel. Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs. I hope you like my recipe for lamington donuts.
Ingredients
190 Grams of unsalted softened butter
1 Cup of sugar
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 Eggs
2 & 1/3 Cups of self raising flour
1 Cup of milk
220 Grams of dark chocolate
200ml of thickened cream
2 Tablespoons of desiccated coconut

I've never known a bad recipe that starts with creaming butter and sugar together. It's an absolute good!

Can you make blueberry donuts? It's the same steps as the orange and lemon donuts, but only with blue food gel and blueberry extract.

as European I am confused on when and why grams and ml or cups are used
For liquids like water and milk, my general rule is 4 cups = 1kg = 1000grams = 1 liter = 1000ml
things get complicated for stuff like flour and sugar, at example one cup of sugar are 140 grams.
For flour, it strongly depends on the type of flour...
1 cup of self-raising flour are 120grams, 1 cup of general usage flour we have here (for cakes and stuff) are 100 grams
1 cup of semolina (coarse flour) are 180 grams.
