Applaud the people that do this work! My nephew is a flight nurse on a 206. That's a tight set up for patient care!

I have nothing but respect for these people and what they do. This is in northern Arizona and some of their LZ's they have are pretty tricky looking to me...as someone in their 1st helicopter. The flight nurse was amazing, she has been a nurse for 30 years 15 in a helicopter. Definitely the seasoned veteran that you would want to see if you were in need.

That looks like a really awkward setup for the patient.

Nothing better than a 350b model AStar

First helicopter I’ve seen with a clock-wise blade rotation.

I worked for them about 10 yrs....when they were in West Plains MO.......love my job as an A&P. Pulled wrenches on 206L's and a 407 or two.

The patient they were picking up was the pilot's mother-in-law. He was taking his sweet time.

Thanks for the comment. This was my 1st time in a helicopter. Quite the experience and special to be able to ride in an AirEvac.

This flight wasn't for a patient or anything, so I'm sure the start up was a bit more relaxed for this.

Helmets only work if they stay on your melon, otherwise, use a pair of David Clarks.
