Fishing Waikiki using Live bait, Jigging and Down rigger | Tuna and AJ’s | Hawaii Kayak Fishing

Fishing outside of Waikiki and Diamond Head using live bait Mackerel Scad (Opelu), Jigging, and a Down Rigger. Hooked up Yellowfin Tuna, Amber Jack, Almaco Jack. Took a hard strike on a down rigger and pulled up a big Amberjack/ Kahala (catch and release). He decided to float on top for a few minutes, but managed to get enough juice to get back under the water.
Got lucky on a nice Yellowfin Tuna (Shibi/Ahi) trolling live bait and managed to pick up a Almaco Jack jigging. I’m almost certain something bigger grabbed the jig prior to the Almaco Jack because there’s no way that little guy bent my rod and pulled line like the initial run.
