These look outstanding! Both ways! I could live on breakfast potatoes. But it’s so much more work on the stove top or oven. I’m gonna check out the air fryer.
I spent almost half an hour shredding potatoes by hand (don’t have a big food processor 😭) for oil free hash browns. I used Jenny Can Cook’s method and I only have a cast iron skillet (well seasoned so scant amount of oil). Kept the skins on too!
I have a consumable but not presentable recipe for hash browns that is very similar to hers! I've just run into issues with it cooking evenly no matter what I set the heat to...I ate about 6 batches of hash browns over the period of a week and decided to take a breather 😂
I've tried this recipe several times in the oven. I made it tonight in my new air fryer. They came out much better in the oven. The air fryer made them much dryer and not quite as tasty. I'll stick w/the oven for this one.
The texture between oven and air fryer is very different. I like the air fryer because they are much crispier and I think cook more evenly, but I understand thinking they are dryer. Glad you enjoy them in the oven though!
Would you choose the toast?
Thank you for this recipe. It looks good! I'll try to make that :)

Thanks...love this. Cant wait to make these.
😀 I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! Lol
Intrigued to add the flour to my weekly roasted sweet potatoes
Let me know how it turns out!
@@PlantsNotPlastic I forgot ha! Would you make any seasoning/veg changes if using sweet potatoes instead of regular?
