Windows xp was the second OS i saw after windows 7 in my life. I never know the specs of the machine since it was sold at a yard sale years ago

Does 4600 is from 2003?

It has a bios date of 10/8/2003, but some of these PCs were manufactured around 2004

Windows XP Media Center Edition is for Dell PC's like 4600, 2350, 2400, 3000?

Normally this would come with XP Home Edition, but this one is a special version of the 4600
