If I don’t have my assignments done or haven’t gotten as much done as I’d like, I’ll take the L on the grade (unless it’s not accepted late) and go to bed and work on it the next day. Especially for tests, the later it gets, the more difficult the concepts are to understand. I was studying for a calculus test with my friend a quarter or two ago and it was around 11:00 (test was the next day). Nothing was making any sense. I went to bed, woke up a little earlier, and boom: I could understand it.
